Never judge a book by its cover. I once were training in the gym. I was quite confident with my performance and ended training on the wheels. Next to me was the station I last visited and my weights were still on it. A skinny young man approached the station, saw the weights and sat down. I thought „Well this maybe is a little to much for you.“
It turns out, my max weight was his entry weight.
I will never forget that.

As a natural bodybuilder who has been within this body building community for give or take a year. I get so worried and scared for people like this even though it's their own decision and their own body. I just get so freaked out the fact that they don't care about their health and well-being when they start shooting themselves up with all these oils, not looking at the consequences of their actions, and can't even perform daily tasks. All for bloated look...
