I'm very excited to finally share with you guys my cover of Meltdown! I wrote these lyrics back in March of 2015 (with a few edits), and I remember being pretty proud of them at the time! They aren't the most accurate to the original, but I remember very purposefully making that way because I was upset about some comments saying I didn't stick to the exact translation enough! Looking back at them, wow Meltdown is such a sad song! I can't believe I wrote these lyrics at a time of my life that looking back I was probably at my peak happiness so far. I wanted them to be very intense and invoke a lot of visual imagery and more poetic vocab terms like that. Fun fact: Meltdown is having it's 10th anniversary in December! Can you guys believe it is that old? That is crazy! Anyways thank you guys a lot for sticking around with me! I think we're going to shift back to weekly covers for a while (I already have a bunch recorded), and try to post Sunday evenings! I'll do my best to keep at this! Enjoy!
