Oh also, the “we’re the same” is cause Mahito mindlessly kills humans, and Yuji mindlessly kills curses, it’s what drives them both, and initially yuji got mad when hearing this cause he didn’t understand it, and even when he did understand, he didn’t wanna believe it, which is why he admits in his speech before mahito’s death that “I am you” cause he’s come to terms with the fact they really are the same
About choso not choosing to kill itadori yuji when he had the chance was cuz he sensed the death of yuji right before his eyes. Then who the hell is yuji or his parents? You wanna tell me yuji's mom is the same as choso and his brothers mom?
@@aprildamian it is explained later on in the manga but if you don't care about spoilers then here it is: The name of the brain curse user is Kenjaku, he is thousands of years old and personally knows Sukuna and Uraume. He has survived for millennia by travelling between bodies and possessing them. Neither of Yujis human parents are the same as Chosos, but they are related through Kenjaku who took the body of Yujis mom. He birthed Yuji to be able to hold Sukuna. Yujis mom, Kaori, died before she could have a child with Yujis father, Jin Itadori, but Kenjaku was able to obtain her body and possessed her and basically took backshots for the sake of his evil plan then gave birth to Yuji. The reason Kenjaku chose Yujis father to have a kid with is an entirely different spoiler that is honestly quite crazy and I don't even wanna spoil that because its much better when you find out by reading the manga or waiting for the anime to catch up. Hope this makes sense. To clarify, Yuji and Choso are related because of Kenjaku, not their regular human parents.
About Kusakabe, Mei Mei stated early in the season that he is the only first grade sorcerer that does not have a Cursed Technique, he is just perfect in the basic stuff, specially simple domain for defensive purposes.

My favourite detail about 2x22 is how it completes the comparison that it's been subtly setting up between Mei Mei and Nanami. Nanami: -absolutely hates putting children into battle and tries to avoid it whenever possible -Quit his job because he valued the good he was doing for people as a sorcerer just slightly more than the money he was making -technique is designed to have him be a frontliner, face to face with the enemy for the best effect Mei Mei: -has no issue using children, and has groomed her younger brother to idolize her and support her in any way she asks. -believes that any person is only worth their monetary value and prioritizes helping people who will pay her or will owe her a favor she can call on later. -technique with her crows is the embodiment of forcing others to sacrifice themselves for her own benefit. Nanami is burnt badly and on the verge of death and still puts what's left of his life on the line to fight transfigured humans while fantasizing about retiring to Malaysia. Mei Mei faces "Geto", but ducks out before taking any serious damage and runs away from not just that battle, but leaves all of Japan to its fate, cashing out her stocks before the Japanese market crashes and hunkering down in, where else, Malaysia.
Yuki at the end said a few things. - She apologized for how she handled the situation. She had allies and was buying time to get everything set up to get everyone out. But that backfired and gave fake Geto time to do his plan. - She mentions she isn’t exactly their ally since she’s doing her own thing. She just wants to eliminate cursed spirits. - But due to her mishandling of the situation, she will take responsibility by making sure the kids are safe. - She said it’s time for her to confront Tengen. About choso not choosing to kill itadori yuji when he had the chance was cuz he sensed the death of yuji right before his eyes. Then who the hell is yuji or his parents? You wanna tell me yuji's mom is the same as choso and his brothers mom?
@@aprildamian You seem to be asking sincerely, but if I answered you it would be a spoiler. SO SPOILER WARNING ‼️‼️‼️ Choso and his brothers have 3 parents. Their mother, a cursed spirit and “Noritoshi Kamo” who mixed his blood in with the birth of the death womb paintings (Choso and his brothers). Yuji is not related to their mother or the cursed spirit, but he is related to fake Geto, aka “Noritoshi Kamo”. That makes him Choso’s half brother (or 1/3 brother I guess, it’s weird since they were a science experiment). So basically they share a parent, the brain inside Geto. That’s as much as I’m willing to spoil as it’s already supposed to be confusing at this point.
@@adilhasan9083I’m not going to spoil that, but I can explain what “Kamo” said more clearly. If you want the direct answer, I would recommend reading the manga. So what Kamo said is he activated two types of people. One is exactly what you said, sorcerers from the past who he forced to eat a cursed object. They will take over the body of the person who ate it. The second type is like Junpei from season 1. He was a normal person, but he actually had an innate cursed technique. His brain just wasn’t physically compatible to let him access it. So Mahito adjusted his brain so he could use his cursed technique. Later the show will call these “Awakened players”. So Megumi’s sister is one of those, but we don’t know which one. She could be awakened (she gains a cursed technique) or she could be an “incarnated sorcerer” (taken over by someone from the past). Please note: Sorcerers from the past are not only from 1000 years ago, they can be from 300 or 500 years ago. As long as Kamo has been around. Hope that helps.
Just to clarify something cuz im not sure you guys totally understood this, but brain guys plan is NOT the same as Geto. Brain guy is NOT trying to get rid of curses, he doesn't care at all about what Yuki and Geto were trying to do. It's not yet explained specifically what his plan is but so far the anime only tells the audience that he wants to "Create chaos beyond control", and when he was leaving he speaks to Sukuna directly and says "Its starting again, the age of Heian, the golden era of Jujutsu", this should get you to start thinking what the hell this guy is about to do. We also know that he's released thousands of people who fall under two categories, those like Yuji with an ancient sorcerer inside them, except they will be unable to control the sorcerer inside them unlike Yuji and the second group of people are those who he basically inserted a cursed technique into and he intends to have them fight each other. We also briefly see Megumis sister waking up from her coma and its shown that she is one of the people that brain guy has awakened, but which category is she in? Does she have a new cursed technique, or is she not even herself and under the control of an ancient sorcerer? The plot thickens
39:33 the only reason that happened is because the higher ups didn't want to give itadori the 6 fingers they already had! and then lost them to mahito! that's how jogo even had 10 in this pocket! 💀 man gojo should have killed them all so long ago 😭😭😭 was a fun series of reactions! hope we can all meet back here when the next season or movie drops 😌
it was very interesting his analysis of "we are the same" and i think i had never heard it before even though it is very coherent but i think it is clearer thanks to the manga that what Mahito was referring to is that he himself is a curse and he doesn't try to pretend anything else, he is a curse that comes from humanity and that's why he feels his purpose is to kill and destroy as many humans as he can and he enjoys doing it, he doesn't try to pretend something he is not like Jogo or Hanami who wanted to turn the curses into the real humans, that's the reason why they never got to release their full potential as a curse, what Sukuna himself told Jogo. So what Mahito means by "we are the same" is that Itadori before his breaking point always said he wanted to save people or give them a dignified death but that is not his mission as a sorcerer, his purpose as a sorcerer is not to save anyone but to destroy as many curses as he can until the day he dies. So both want to kill each other, both are fighting each other, both are in a war, however Itadori believed to be different from him and that's what Mahito is referring to.
I was glad they revealed itadori's blood relation to that blood guy. It explains why he's so weirdly strong. This show usually doesn't have things like unusual strength without a reason, like a heavenly pact or something.
You guys are confused about one thing here. Geto wants to end curses by killing every non-sorcerer. Yuki wants to end curses by making everyone a sorcerer. Kamo takes an entirely new perspective. He wants to optimize cursed energy itself and drop the labels of “sorcerer” and “non-sorcerer”. He said he wants to achieve this by reincarnating thousands of sorcerers he made pacts with in the past and “new” sorcerers like itadori fight each other. How exactly this “optimizes” cursed energy is something you’ll learn next season.
i think the easiest way to describe Kusakabe's technique is that it's the same as blue-haired girl's (Miwa) but on steroids. He pretty much specializes in defense and fighting anything within the range of his "new shadow style: simple domain".
One thing that this group needs to realise is that it has been informed to other sorcerers that yuji is able to fully control his body over sukuna. So at the beginning it is very fair for kusekabe to say he is in favour of yujis execution because they dont know that yuji was unconscious that time. Same thing with yuta and inumaki is yutas best friend. They dont know that sukuna came out on his own. They are assuming since yuji has control over sukuna that yuji just willingly brought him out to destroy shibuya.
I hope the culling game is explained in a dumbed down way for most of the anime-only fans. I swear to you, I had to read most of almost everything twice to understand what Gege's intentions were. I even went decided to read the official translations just to understand some points.
I think yall missed a crucial bit of info on what Geto was trying to do, so correct me if I get this wrong but basically: - Getto used idle transfiguration to release 2 types of new sorceres: a thousand bad sorcerers like yuuji, which just like him, have a previous curse user inside of them, like sukuna, and the other type of sorcerer is people who have cursed techniques and abilities etched within themselves, but they have a regular human brains/mindsets so they're unaware of their abilities and can't use them (like how mahito gave Junpei the ability to use his cursed techniques, which he previously wasn't able to) So you can think of it like waking up one day to find out that you have powers. Geto wants them to fight each other - it's like the survival of the fittest. - Yuuki was saying how humanity isn't so futile and absent minded to just start fighting each other, because there is good and bad people in the world. So she was saying that not everybody is going to be on the evil side even after they get powers. - However, Geto wants to create chaos that's beyond his control, so even he doesn't know how to stop it if he wanted to which is why he released all those curses and said it was like back in the Heian era, when curses like Sukuna and many others thrived the most.

Just a nitpick... Sukuna isnt a curse. He's just dubbed as the "King of Curses". Personally, it should've been the "King of Curse Techniques" as he showcases great mastery of the one he has, and a great understanding of the nuisance surrounding curses (cursed creatures, curse techniques, etc).
@@mechasatsu6214 They said that he once used to be human and was killed, and I'm guessing that if a sorcerer dies on bad terms, do they not turn into a curse, like Sukuna did? Kind of like how Naoya did after death or nah? Or did Sukuna just exist like that?
The higher ups don't really believe Geto and Gojo were working together. By the time they passed their decrees they would have had full reports of what occurred in Shibuya from the survivors, as Yuta had already returned from Africa (recall that Fake Geto deliberately left alive "messengers"). So the decrees are purely about the higher ups taking advantage of Gojo's absence (Ino previously warned Megumi and Yuji of what would happen with Gojo sealed). Also, recall that Fake Geto said "Noritoshi Kamo" was merely one of the many names he'd had. And Fake Geto doesn't care about sorcerers vs non-sorcerers, only about creating as much chaos as possible for the LOLs. Todo isn't dead as Yuki specified that her comrade was looking after Aoi, the suit (Miwa) and girl with the gun (Mai), as they didn't belong on the frontline (in Todo's case, because of his condition). Kusakabe doesn't have a cursed technique - after Yuji exorcised the grasshopper cursed, Mei Mei praised Yuji and said she hadn't seen as strong a sorcerer without a technique since Kusakabe. However, Kusakabe uses Simple Domain (he presumably taught Miwa) and is the sorcerer with the strongest Simple Domain, allowing him to counter a Mahito-powered Uzumaki.
"Sukuna was only out for 10 minutes" yes and after 10 minutes and aftet monstly playing around the whole time and his techniques not being a fulll strength caused that gigantic crater
Hurts my brain when people can’t understand why they are brothers like are you even actually paying attention to the show and what they are saying? They are both creations of who is inside getos body
I’m surprised people struggle with this, but I wouldn’t be so harsh for reaching that conclusion. They should be a little confused as nothing is truly confirmed at this point. But what does bother me is when they don’t ask the most obvious question when presented with this reveal. The question being, “What do we know about Yuji’s parents?” Once they realize we don’t know anything about this kid’s background, I think that’s the minimum I’d want from any reaction.
From what I understood, the crater is actually a barrier made by Tengen that the government is repurposing to contain the curse outbreak. It’s a strong barrier so it’s holding them in, but it is still expanding. It’s a large death zone of curses and curse users that Yuji is now taking refuge in to hide from the execution.
If u remember in season 1 the council did warn gojo that if sukuna lashed out and it a threat, they would execute yuji ! So many people forgot that, and here in shibuya, he did a whole massacre so it’s pretty logical they would order his death. He can’t control sukuna
these boy dont even try to read dude in the back started talkin bout game of life and turned his head to important information directly after saying he needs an explanation
Yuki's plan is to make everyone like Toji without any Cursed Energy at all, not teach everybody to become sorcerers. Also, the black spot in the city IS the curses expanding, basically is a circle of death growing out of control.
36:56 I would like to mention this is no longer Geto Suguru's plan, but "Kamo Noritoshi's" or The Brain's plan. The Brain is trying to make every non-sorcerer evolve to a point where they are able to use cursed energy, aka, survival of the fittest, if you don't adapt you die. This is also something Yuki mentioned to Suguru in the first cour.
that's not really his plan, he wants to "create chaos beyond his control" and what he's doing with sorcerers is to optimize cursed energy usage, he's not really concerned with things like non sorcerers and sorcerers, unlike geto and yuki, Kamo is trying to optimize cursed energy to create something beyond his own control.
The problem is that Gojo was supposed to assume responsibility over Yuji yet because he got captured and removed from the equation, Sakuna was able come out and reek havoc. Not only that but without him there, there is nobody capable of keeping Sakuna in check if he gets out again. Yuji has become a massive liability in their eyes.
Yuki changed her ideals and wants to make everyone kinda like Toji somehow she wants to make veryone have 0 cursed energy while the thing inside geto wants to make everyone be able to use cursed energy but she said thats an issue bc cursed energy is primarly in japan so they will have this weapon as a nation thats called cursed energy that other nations will be jealous of and that will start world wars but the thing is that the brain inside geto doesnt care at all it just wants to experiment and whats to create chaos so that something that surpasses him in all levels and his logic will be created out of this
Well damn now you're all caught up and for the first time the boys will have to experience the feeling of waiting for another season... So... what's next? Oshi no Ko? Demon Slayer? Or maybe go back to Hunter x Hunter or Code Geass or something?
Day 136 of recommending the opening and ending of "Spare Me Great Lord". I shall go to 150 and then stop, because they obviously don't even see these. When the 2 on the couch dont understand something, you should make them rewatch that part and have them explain what they think it means. From there explain what they might have missed. I really hope before next season you start taking notes during the show. So you wont have to ask things like whats megumi's name.
You guys should do chainsaw man if you haven’t already, it’s very good and the film is coming out soon
"Sukuna was only out for 10 minutes" yes and after 10 minutes and aftet monstly playing around the whole time and his techniques not being a fulll strength caused that gigantic crater
35:09 the transition tho😂😂
Hurts my brain when people can’t understand why they are brothers like are you even actually paying attention to the show and what they are saying? They are both creations of who is inside getos body
I’m surprised people struggle with this, but I wouldn’t be so harsh for reaching that conclusion. They should be a little confused as nothing is truly confirmed at this point.
But what does bother me is when they don’t ask the most obvious question when presented with this reveal. The question being, “What do we know about Yuji’s parents?”
Once they realize we don’t know anything about this kid’s background, I think that’s the minimum I’d want from any reaction.
Are they paying attention?? The answer is no 😂😂😂 I'm convinced the one of the right isn't reading at all.
Wait a minute something just snap😂
From what I understood, the crater is actually a barrier made by Tengen that the government is repurposing to contain the curse outbreak. It’s a strong barrier so it’s holding them in, but it is still expanding. It’s a large death zone of curses and curse users that Yuji is now taking refuge in to hide from the execution.
If u remember in season 1 the council did warn gojo that if sukuna lashed out and it a threat, they would execute yuji ! So many people forgot that, and here in shibuya, he did a whole massacre so it’s pretty logical they would order his death. He can’t control sukuna
Yuta entrance is insane, please do read the manga for more explanations
these boy dont even try to read dude in the back started talkin bout game of life and turned his head to important information directly after saying he needs an explanation
Yall should def read the manga after ending off the anime 🔥
😮the blonde guy the whole video lol
the higher ups know everything at the end is bullshit but they hate gojo and want sukuna killed.
You can call him by his real name. Not like it spoils anything
@@joshuaanoruo973 Ikr? But there's often people who comment not to spoil even tho the name is not a spoiler at all
that's not really his plan, he wants to "create chaos beyond his control" and what he's doing with sorcerers is to optimize cursed energy usage, he's not really concerned with things like non sorcerers and sorcerers, unlike geto and yuki, Kamo is trying to optimize cursed energy to create something beyond his own control.
Also while it wasnt Yujis fault, Yuji is quite literally a ticking time bomb
you guys watching AOT: suffering
watching JJK: suffering pt.2
Ey dont sleep on kusakabi, he is underrated
Day 136 of recommending the opening and ending of "Spare Me Great Lord". I shall go to 150 and then stop, because they obviously don't even see these.
It's a chinese anime, so slightly different to the stuff you've reacted to so far, but it's got some of the vibest music and animation I've ever seen.
I want these guys to watch madoka magica. The reactions would be golden :)
this IS JUJUTSU KAISEN
many people died in the last ep. ... the silence was very fiting if you ask me. no reason to complain about it ..i think manga readers will agree too
just taking a bath and watch this 😊
Please please check out Undead Unluck next! I promise there is a lot less traumatizing than JJk lol but seriously it's s really fun shonen anime that is incredibly unique.
Can you do opening or ending song reaction
Feel like you guys would vibe with Chainsaw Man for your next react. Fate/Zero a low-key good option as well.
Sakuna came out for ten minutes or is it gogo gone for 10 mints and this happens ? nanami was not kidding when he said Japan is done for the moment gogo checks out 😅
OMG please start JOJO…it’s a MASTERPIECE 🤩
You guys should react to ghost stories dub that shit is so funny
Y'all gonna watch Hood Jujutsu Kaisen?
YUTA THE GOAT 🐐 🔥
Chainsaw man
yo hopping from the aniime opening ones, you lot should at least listen to some hakiyuu openings, namely the burnout syndromes ones, Hikaru Are is one of the best straight up songs ive ever heard.
Of course the guy in the middle is frustraded with the last episode, u are used to fairy taile shows where everything makes sense at the end, this show is GOATED because it obligates you to THINK about whats happening a little
Brother…….Sukuna destroyed an entire city lmao they don’t know about Kenjaku so yes killing Itadori is the most logical thing right now
Next Chainsaw Man
Love you guys reaction! I want to suggest a song called “Till I” by SawanoHiroyuki[nZk]. Wanna see a reaction!
We need Chainsaw man ✨🙏
damn y'all really didnt understand shit huh💀
They're a lil 🐌
@@Esclipseanot much
so demon slayer reaction next? hehe
Worried about to wrong cause???
Sir yuji/sukuana is one of the main causes. It's obvious that yuji has to be dealt with. Guys I'm not gonna lie, this was one of the worst group reactions to Jujutsu Kaisen. Out of the 3 new people only 1 pays attention. When the 2 on the couch dont understand something, you should make them rewatch that part and have them explain what they think it means. From there explain what they might have missed. I really hope before next season you start taking notes during the show. So you wont have to ask things like whats megumi's name. (At the beginning of season 2) It might help to even watch some other group reactions to the show. If things don't change after all the concerns from your followers, its really going to show how much you actually care about your reactions and this channel.
Calling Yuki “Who’s this” is just CRAZY dude.. If you don’t like watching anime don’t watch it for views
We took so many Ls this season🥲 but at least we got the best big bro CHOSO 😭
Pls react to To Be Hero X anime opening it is 3 mins long
