Hi,nice video. Just wanted to ask if it's possible to put a external GPU with an express card or mini PCIe slot(wifi inside). I have 6830s laptop(Intel core2 duop8400), but seems that my internal graphics card(ati mobility radeon 3430) is gone or display(not sure), but i know the laptop works because i can hear turning vista audio. I was wondering will BIOS support that due to age of the computer. Thank you.

I doubt it will work. By default the laptop is set to output on the ATI Radeon card. Usually on this laptop the VGA if going bad. You can try to open it and heat up the VGA chip on 450 degrees for 20-30 sec. Just to test. In most of the cases it will show picture after that.

Thx for helpful vid, recently worked on this model as well as asus m60vn and man I hate those crappy sandwish style builds. That's why I always prefer, recommend gaming ones even when you don't rly need the performance. Tend to be easier for maintance and not this:
-Nice job guys you made a solid laptop that still works after all these years with obvious replacements like battery, fan and hdd. It started getting very hot though so I'd like to replace thermal paste on gpu and cpu that should be easy right?;
-Nah man we designed it such it requires skill, patience, time and almost complete teardown to do so. Come visit us so we can laugh that you're still using this model and harass you into buying new one. Alternatively we'll do it for you using cheapest, lausiest paste we can find and charge 200$

It stopped after disassembly, or before. Did you try to press wifi button. Also wifi card is visible but not seeing any networks, of wifi card is not visible at all. Give more info.

@@LaptopDisassembly It stopped after disassembly. The wifi button stays in orange. And the wifi card is visible but there can't be seen any network. Also, thanks for the fast reply, you gained a new sub :D

Did you try to push the wifi button, ot use the key combination with FN. Also sometimes there is a small wifi switch (except the button). Try to reinstall the wifi, to reenable it.
