Hay looks great, awesome driving with that tall load Taylor. Thank you and Brent for the video. Hope you and Brent's family stay safe and healthy. The rain in Maine can be a pain. I share your videos to fakebook, I do not really use fakebook but it is supposed to help you. I titled it Hauling hay with Tay, lol. Hope you have a wonderful Sunday.
Taylor i know you said that alarm noise doesn’t bother you anymore because you are so used to it but having to listen to that would drive me insane but you are a very strong willed young lady and i admire that in you ❤😊
Just started watching your videos and I in joy seeing farming in other parts of the country. Retired from fruit growing, apples mainly in Michigan. I appreciate the hard work that you do!
I've never seen your content before. Your thumbnail popped-up on my 'suggestions' list and I saw the picture of the truck. Pardon my language but, THAT'S a helluva truck! I love the tilting bed. Biggest truck I drove back when was an F-700. Great video. Don't work yourselves to death out there...Thank you...🇺🇸 😎👍☕
Unplug that buzzer, that would drive me over the edge in short order. And like I said, get yourself a straw hat for your noggin, it makes all the difference in the world in the sun. Thanks for the look in. Best regards from Indiana.
Hi Taylor, good to hear the weather is better and all the dry hay is being put under cover. I am impressed by your many farm skills and you are able to work with all the classic machinery. You turn your hand driving anything at the farm without any fuss. Another great video of showing us you don't need shiny new machinery to get your work done. Chris from Australia 🇦🇺.
Hello Miss Taylor. Tks for sharing. I always enjoy your videos. So glad that you Hayin season is going good there. Hope things go well. It's easy to see why your cows always look so happy. Shows how much you care for them. Be careful going bare foot.. don't want nothing to happen.. 😊..
Where your used to it maybe doesn't matter. I had a truck with the buzzer going non stop. It's just a little square plastic piece with a little piezo "speaker". Easy to find when it's buzzing, unplug and back to just rumbling engine noise.
Being hay cutting time around here in TN it was nice to see your video. Glad ya got yours done and I know this is an older video but it popped up I reckon where I been watching farm vids. Love that big truck too and awesome seeing ya drive it, let alone barefooted. Country gals like you are nice to see out there working and sweating to get it done no matter what (again barefoot like my sisters always did it brings back memories…hope you can do it often) I’ll be watching y’all more often! Take care!
Awesome video again Taylor thanks, it's awesome how you both work together to get things done .Just shows you don't need fancy equipment to get the job done. Great to watch someone who loves their job take care and stay safe and thanks again 😊.
Just an idea when it comes to the four-wheeler seat, it's very simple to take that seat off and buy a piece of naugahyde and stretch and staple it to the seat and you don't have to worry about a wet butt anymore!
Hay Taylor. Love your videos. All of them. I farm in Wi. Yea, we are dry. We farm just like you and Brent do. Older equipment and low key. I raise steers/heifer’s feeder to finish. I’m Brent’s age and farmers don’t quit until Mother Nature tells us too hahahaha. Tell him hello from Wi and we have an I 806. I get the project you are working on. Thanks again. And btw, we make all dry hay, round bales. Your videos are so refreshing and very close to home here in the Midwest. I farm in Buffalo county Wi, jealous of your flat fields😂. Farm on
Hi, so glad to hear that you enjoy watching! Low key farming is the way to go in my opinion!!! Hope ya get some rain soon 😀 thanks so much for sharing, always great to hear from fellow farmers 🚜👍🏻
..... laughing .... that's a good sway coming out of that field loaded ... just hope that is not a low air buzzer .. smilin .... when you said you were in bare feet, my first thought was "if she gets out in the field all the pressure points in the bottom of her feet will be stimulated for sure. .... I work in the bush and as I'm in the Western Province of BC in Canada we operate on Celsius, temperature wise, we are having highs right now of 32C (87F). Because of fire risk we have to leave the bush when the humidity percentage and temp cross over which is hopefully not before noon. Right now at home down in the valley at 4 pm we have 32C and humidity of 27% (would have started out this morning. in the high thirties, maybe low forties) and the air smells like it is raining somewhere not too far off. ..... Thx for the share ....
Yea keep up the great videos. Not alot of wemen in dairy now days . I had 4 sisters worked on the home farm when I was young . But I salute you youg lady. Keep up the good work. Vary cool stuff. Love it love it 😉👍👍👍😊😎🙏. Oh yea keep god close to your heart and soul 🙏🙏👍🏻
Another great video. I love how in synch you both work together, can definitely tell it isn't Brent's first rodeo with picking bales up, that perfect little kiss from the other bale in the squeeze as he drives up in order to flip it on end. Its fun watching a couple Pro's working together. I give you credit for dealing with the little alarm/beep in the truck, id have disconnected it.
Just an idea. Carry a bright spray paint or neon tape to wrap somewhere on that bail... Gramp use to dust one tiny spot of the bail with bright orange spray paint... ❤
Great job Taylor and Brent !!! You two work great together!!! Taylor you got some wonderful video shots!!! Thank you for all the hard work you put into sharing your journey (Life) !!!! Keep safety in mind and God bless you!!!! Eddy
Ah yes. Another great video. That was one of my favorite times of the year. Hay season. I had 2 jobs during hay season. One was raking, the other, stacking hay on the wagon. We only had square bails. There wasn't round balers around when I was on the farm. I prided myself on how I stacked the hay wagon. We never lost a bale off the wagon,, which was a feat. Our hay fields were on top of the hill which had an elevation of about 700 feet. We had to come down the hill to the barn. It was about 7 degree downslope. Fun time. At least you didn't have to use the canoe for haying yet. Great job good luck with the Farmall though. Hope it gets fixed soon. God bless.
Good morning Taylor. It looks like you’re finally getting some great weather i hope it continues throughout the rest of the year so that you get an abundance of hay to last through the winter And hopefully no breakdowns I hope you and Brett are in good health along with the Moo Moo Mamas❤😊
Brent is definitely a good operator! And I hope it doesn't bother him for me to ask but is it his hips that give him problems, he takes the pain well!!!
I work on a micro dairy in MA, and I work for another farmer making hay. We are over a month behind on first cut. We were supposed to be done with first cut the first week of Jun, but we are less than half way done. It has rained sooooo much!
@@tayfarms If we have to cut in October at least it will be a nicer temperature! Stacking square bails on a wagon in 60 degree weather sounds great to me!
When I was a kid on the farm when I got to school for the summer I never wore shoes unless I was going to and I would go through old stubble hey stubble didn't make any difference my feet got so hard and to this day I hate wearing shoes

Hi Taylor. Just come across a new farm show at Penn state in August 8 9 10. One of the demos will be haying. Google it. They have some YT video too. Might be interesting. Hot and Dry here. Have a great week.
They have that every year, and have since the 70's, maybe earlier, I do not know.............Mostly put together for the BTO's. New York has one upstate as well. I certainly would take the Demo's with a grain of salt, most of the operators have zero clue how to run the stuff, and even though the factory guys are doing the setup, they aren't much better. I like it to see the stuff in person, then you can go to dealers who usually have a much better understanding on getting the stuff setup and working for where you are located if you are buying.
