I've watched a few of these to make sure I could do it correctly and you are the only one that did it from a bad screen to a good screen most of the others are taking their screen off and putting the exact same one back on. They miss transferring over many of the small stuff that you made sure to cover. Thank you again for doing this.

you are a G!!!! thank you so much for this video! used this for my regular lg stylo 3. only thing we had to do different was take out the little circuit boards for the volume button and somehow they ripped off the one for the speaker but we successfully transplanted the old one to the new one. thank you again

nicely done. just a couple things, if u could show repair from a top view to better see details, slow it down a bit, your clearly adept at this but those doing this for the first time may need more detail and can you post where it is that you get your parts, that is always a plus for those who don't order via a distributor. Hey thanks for the feedback! We have tried doing the repair videos from the top view but the picture never turns out properly and I tend to get in the way of the camera more. Hoping in the future we can afford a better working area and proper tripod that will make it easier to film from above. These videos are more meant to be paused as you are working on the device and played when you are ready for the next step, but we will try to slow things down in future videos! As for parts, I'm working on finding a supplier that just sends out single parts and doesnt have a minimum purchase requirement, I will start including a link to the part on ebay in the descriptions. This phone is probably one of the easier repairs, I think you will do fine if you just follow the steps in the video. Make sure to always be gentle when removing the smaller components as its quite easy to rip them (such as the AUX port). Good luck!
Hey there! You have to make sure you order the exact part for that model number, you will usually find it on the sticker underneath the battery. It is possible that maybe yours isnt the 3 Plus or maybe there was a mistake at the factory where they sent your screen from. I believe they only have the one model for The Stylo 3 Plus I was working on in this video, it had the model number LG-TP450. Unless it was a version from a different country, some times they can have different layouts for the same model. I would suggest contacting the seller. Hope this helps you in some way!

Hey there! Check the model number underneath the battery, the model number for the 3 plus should be LG-TP450. If you have just the 3 the model number should be LG-MP450 or LG-LS777.
I wouldn't suggest doing it if you do not have the proper equipment. Its very time consuming and really not worth the $40 you would end up saving on buying just the glass. Replacing the full LCD assembly takes about 20 minutes or less and is very simple.

Having a problem with sensitivity with the new screen. The stylo doesn't work anymore. Finger only.

i ordered a new "genuine screen replacement for my LG stylo3 but it doesn't seems it fit. the screw holes locations are off in some spots.

No, every screen is specific to the model. You would need to get the screen for just the Stylo 3.
