I don't understand, no matter how much I watch the series again, how they could destroy that couple that was the heart of the show, their chemistry, their story, they deserved a happy ending together. Nowadays it doesn't make any sense for her to stay with Damon, I hate you Julie Plec.

It’s not destroyed!!! Julie Plec already said at the beginning that the bottom line of the show is Stefan and Elena are the TRUE EPIC LOVE STORY. But Damon is the THIRD point.
Just imagine if Elena wouldn’t be sired to Damon she still would be with Stefan sexually and romantically, but the show would be just BORING.
As long as we know if Nina wouldn’t have left stelena would be endgame ‼️‼️

Hello, it is evident that sooner or later she was going to be with Damon but the end should have been Stelena because Julie Plec had season 5 and 6 to bring Elena and Stefan back even if the actress had left the show, but Julie did not want to . do it and I kept forcing Delena until the end, and for me Delena has much less chemistry than Stelena.
