On the subject of abortion, California is suing a catholic hospital for not providing a woman with an essential abortion. The woman went to another hospital to get the procedure necessary to save her life. Reporting today in the New York Times.
The liberal justices need to be more open and transparent about the internal machinations of the court and their feelings on their colleagues' actions. It is now obvious the secrecy and collegiality that has grown around the decision making process is a public liability rather than a jurisprudential good.
They work a delicate line. Up until this court, they have done an excellent job throughout the ages of keeping the court’s political struggles under control, with some exceptions. Roberts has blown up and assemblance of a Supreme Court above her approach; of a Supreme Court above politics; of a Supreme Court committed to ethical review of the law.

The way I see it. Four corporations own all most all of the stocks...media, local news papers, local politicians, supreme court, AI, gun manufactures, food medicaine , insurance and everything else. The four corporations are invested in each other which makes them one huge monopoly. What I am trying to say is that we are screwed...no way out
