As an Indian, I appreciate your recommendation to ghee to Americans. It has been used in hinduism and considered sacred because it is essentially a dairy product, that comes from cow's milk. Ghee has such immense benefits if there is no processing involved. The traditional method to churn out ghee is known as "bilona" method, where ghee is actually made from the addition of yoghurt instead of butter or cream of milk, and churned with hand. Another recommendation is to buy ghee made from cows that produce milk containing A2 milk. Very hard to find in the Netherlands, where I live. However, ghee made with A2 is the best version of ghee possible.
ghee A2 or not is full of oxidized cholesterol,vitamin A and opioids that directly lower dopamine and increase prolactin it can cause cerebral folate deficiency or worsen it, its not a food for human needs but for the grown of a baby cow...

The majority of the herbs used in the ayurveda medecine block the acetylcholinesterase enzyme just like a pesticides...Ghee and other "added fat" is not healty and pretty useless when you take a closer look , fat use up vitamins exactly like sugar does you can also get b9 and b2 deficiency pretty easely with regular ghee consumption, in the end all is balance if milk is high in b2 is not for nothing...

Hey bud I want to let you in on a little secret my gal works in the chicken industry all you have to do to be qualified organic is the birds have to have a 10x10 area on the ground where they can go that's it no food restrictions, just thought you should know if you want true organic eggs your going to have to grow your own chickens like I do . Aldi's is great. Snobby people would never go but slowly people like you are waking up. A typical shopping at Aldi's will cost 20% less than my Publix supermarket.

Aldi has been so disappointing in recent months, at least in recent months in my part of Florida. I just make my own ghee whenever grass-fed butter is on sale. It’s not hard with a bit of practice. Every few months Publix has grass-fed butter on sale, buy one get one.
I use Palmini all the time. I usually order it on Amazon! That is a really good deal for the price. When I make the pasta I usually sauté it. Also if you want some of the bitter out you can soak it in milk for a few minutes before you make it. Now I can’t wait to get to Aldi! I have a feeling you’re channel is going to change my life!!
Dollar Tree is now selling Natural Heaven hearts of palm rice @ $1.25! I really like the organic chicken sausages, last week they were clearanced @2/$5.😮 I live rural so buy my pasture raised eggs from a local family for $3. Yum! TFSing.
My Aldi had the grass fed ground beef marked half off for only $2.50/lb. Loaded my freezer up with them. Also they have single varietal olive oils from Spain. I picked up the mild flavored one and its fantastic for cooking with.

I go to Aldi's and look for Burman's mustard. My husband does keto and I have started reading the ingredients in mustard and discovered so many of them adding sugar and natural flavorings. I found some of that brand haven't added sugar

I shop Aldi's regularly and they have alot of great, clean vegan, organic foods. Their vegan parmesan and feta cheese are good, along with the hummus they carry which has become my favorite hummus.

I was at Aldi this past week, I bought the ghee. I bought garlic and himilayan salt version. So happy. I was surprised to see it. I regret not taking more. I didn’t see the Palmini rice. I love their hearts of palm pasta. I have tried the Shiritaki rice from Thrive Market. Very good. I was looking for those sausages but I couldn’t find them. Must’ve been sold out.

I just can't get very excited and make a special trip to Aldi's to get a whopping ten cents off on the sausage. I dont know why they even bother, it costs them more to make the signs saying it is $4.89, down from $4.99. How do they have the nerve to say that's even on sale?
Aldi is originally from Germany, and although their range of products has increased tremendously over the past few decades, they don't have anything like as much variety as the US stores seem to carry 🙁
I’ve been loving them for months. My problem is that the top carton is very flimsy. I usually have to open a few boxes to find a box with no cracked eggs.
I haven't seen those particular sausages at the Texas Aldi stores. They do have more sodium than I like to see, but it may not be possible to find a low sodium chicken sausage. If you are aware of any, I'd love to know what to look for.
Sunflower oil is highly processed. They use hexan (high heat) to extract the oil. The seed is just the seed. I would limit on the too similar you would limit on all types of nut.

Ghee doesn’t need to be grass finished unless they kill the cows after they milk them. Lol. Grass fed is all you need.
I wish Aldi had a bulk store like Walmart has Sam’s. I’ll get a membership in a heartbeat.

Ran down to get the Cappellos almond flour pizza and all I can say is ‘cardboard’. I even doctored it up w extra veggies and spices.
