welcome to the AVid rotary family. Love mine. Started out as as mod to my 4896, than moved it to its own 60 x24 avid frame with its own controls. Makes crazy cool stuff.

That didn't take you long to get that 4th axis ordered and installed 🙂
Similar to undercuts being a problem, the ends of a model can be hard to machine accurately even if they don't have undercuts. For example, I've made endcaps for bedposts that I tried to cut the sides and top on the rotary, but the top was hard to do because it was nearly flat on the top perpendicular to the rotary axis. However, you can turn the sides on the rotary, and then remove the workpeice and mount on the XY table and just machine the top as normal. You just have to figure out how to limit your model boundaries so they overlap just a little. There's almost always a workaround :-)

Guess its time to actually install my 4 axis. I'm running a 60120 that I bought during the Pandemic the rotary is still in the box.

Mark, Fusion 360 is free for home hobbyist. I've had it for ~ 2 years now. Only limitation is no more then 10 active designs at one time and no commercial use.
