- With the introduction of the 1958 Chevrolet Impala Convertible, Chevy took 50s stylings to the max. This particular '58 Impala is in excellent shape and does not disappoint! Under the hood is Chevy's first big block engine, the 348 Cubic Inch V8 which became one of the kings of the performance world. The 348 V8 has a single 4 barrel carburetor which makes for an easy startup and simpler upkeep. Anybody can drive this Impala with an Automatic Transmission and everyone looks great in it! With power steering and power brakes it drives with ease so that you can relax and enjoy the experience. Spectacular chrome and brightwork, along with a continental kit, add so much class you can show up anywhere and be the star. The White Vinyl Power Convertible Top goes up and down with ease, and is in fantastic shape. This 1958 Impala has been refinished in its original color, Snowcrest White, and the paint is in fantastic shape. Wide Whitewalls with Spinner hubcaps and fender skirts completes the outside look. The interior is also a major highlight of this Impala. With red carpeting and the red vinyl with tri-tone black/white/red cloth fabric inserts, this Impala is the epitome of 1950s style. The dash, steering wheel, and interior trim accents are in wonderful shape as well. The 1958 Impala was the landmark car for Chevrolet and is heavily sought by many collectors today.

I had the red one with black top. All options except the tire. Didn't know what I had, traded it for something I don't remember. But it had the tri power 348. The dumb things we do as teenagers.

Since the "continental kit" is a real spare I don't hate but if it was gone wouldn't miss it. Every square inch of this beauty screams look at me. Kit really not necessary

The seat colors are the same I had chosen before Chevy discontinued the arranged colors together. I built a Hellkat 834hp hemi trip tronic V8, because I was forbidden to be with the man I was meant to be with years ago. White patient leather shoes and belt.

The ‘58 only came in a 2 door coupe and 2 door convertible. Never a fan of continental kit.
If this car never sells, I will give you way more than scrap value. $10k right now. Please know that I am an alternative to a no-sale. Unless this is an over-priced resale used car dealer.... In which case is another story. Used car dealers pride themselves in overpriced Bondo-laden un-original hulks at premium prices.
Please do that beautiful car a favor and yank off those incorrect fender skirts and Continental Kit. All they do is spoil the looks!

I disagree. Fender skirts are a rare and classy add-on.
