Thanks Nan, I'm using the Vilim Ball now 7 days and I notice the effect right after the session. I notice a calming of my tremors but they soon come back, I'm going to continue with the Vilim Ball, every 4 hours or so (as I have been doing) for longer, perhaps it's going to take some time to establish a pattern in my brain to get long lasting results? It took you some days for you to get results, no Nan? Thanks.
