the staff there is also so active and considerate! there was this one guy who was talking about fates and stuff right in the middle of the restaurant and bothering everyone trying to eat but the staff took care of him and made a darn good show of it, and from that we all got extra food!

Definitely! I think the expectation in the music industry these days that we need albums of 8 to 12 tracks every 2 or so years is absurd. So much goes into a single song, and albums were only ever created by record labels as a way to sell more music, not because any artists particularly enjoyed the idea. Pre-LP records, when radio was dominant, most artists did like this, only making one single every couple of months, but really pouring their whole hearts into it.
I much prefer quality over quantity tbh.

I mean just breaking down all the layers of this song and listening to all the different elements and instruments, and styles like punk and big band, and how masterfully they bring it all together to make something thats crazy and interesting and beautiful all at the same time... they are criminally underrated.
