So I have done some research I have found that this symbiote is not in the comics it is a made up symbiote so in the Google it says that they call him teal or serpent like and lasher bonded with that scientist girl who had those tenticles

They didn't nerf Toxin (also Anti Venom, and Scream) bcos he might have a spinoff along with Spidey, Miles and Eddie's son, Mulligan has just a random symbiote just like the other two., Clayton Crain is Toxin for now. I wonder why Sony didn't even show Clayton's character in it.
I like his voice and how it said it when he was like “I order you to search the corners of the universe until yOU😀 find this key”…u can just hear Andy serkis voice …I can’t begin to imagine what he can do when he’s in action..we only seen what he does in comics…haven’t even begun to tlk about what he does in a cartoon or animated film
