I've seen one or 2 of these clips, showing the artful work of this guy now. I can see that this guy is a true professional, and makes very nice work indeed. However, in this particular clip, at around 1:52 and 1:53, that new cut looked completely finished to me! I personally didn't see anymore need for anymore hand wafting through the hair, nor with the hair dryer either! So pointless I think. Also, what was the need for those twist cuts a bit later on too? Again... very pointless, as it didn't seem to make the slightest bit of difference to the new cut whatsoever. Having said that, I thought it was a very nice cut, and a good decent job. So, well done anyway.
