So individuals income growth is more than the corporate income growth? Or individuals who are in more than 25% tax bracket are paying more tax? So government getting more tax from wealthy people? If promoters taking money out from company then more tax to them not for company . If company has more money they will invest more and create jobs? If government think like this then no change can be expected
My gut feeling that,no reduction in tax rate, especially in STCG and LTCG. But they may change slab rates for individuals. But they may tinker with old tax regime . Affordable housing , Agriculture will be the top priority. Second Will be infrastructure overall.
Little change in income tax would not have any benefit... monthly 1000 rs less tax...and they will make that as a breaking news

Same thing hyped in last election 2023 before 2024 loksabha elections but FM preferred Fiscal prudence over Tax concessions. This govt taxed even Physically challenged Wheel chair mobility aids @ 5%. This time there is no electoral pressure for this govt. Moreover now huge focus on Kumbhmela all budget spends now diverted to UP..Dont expect any Tax cut from govt. Already for cream bun Annapoorna hotel owner surrendered before FM feet..Expect LTCG from 12.5 to 15%..Nifty 22000 by March or April..Last year Ram temple this yr Kumbhmela..Tax payers Thalaiyil Govinda Govinda😂😂
