As a Yone otp in the past, Imo, what makes him unfair is the sustain in the lane with fleet, second wind, and dshield. Regarding the Taliyah matchup, I think her early game damage is just too weak, compared to other mages, so that even if Taliyah hits all spells, she still can lose the trade, which is bs.(Cause she uses mana, and Yone doesn't). Also, ilshe just doesn't have enough mana to punish the opponent mistakes, which is dumb. And it's not like it's easy to fix his sustain, cause all of it is through items and runes. (I can only think of reducing shield duration on w a tiny bit)

On the surface Tali seems like she could counter yone, but E's CD is too long and you have to predict and zone off of it (which just waste mana). He can also get a Q and some autos off by the time you back up and W after he goes in with E. He's just an unbalanced champ. And this season he's definitely a harder matchup.
