Thank you! I am a mad knitter (my poor friends and relatives have to put up with numerous jumpers, cardigans, scarves etc from me) but I have studiously avoided K1B. Your video is understandable and clear. Thank you ❤❤❤❤❤
Hello. I just want to ask what is the purpose of this stitch/which kind of pattern is it usually used for? I'm a beginner and very curious about how stitches are used to create certain "effect"(?) Like yarn over would create a gap. Also I love your channel. It feels like I'm learning knitting from my grandma❤
Sometimes, in a pattern, they want you to make one below to have more of an elongated stitch. It's used a lot on lace stitches and chevron patterns. By making one below you get 2 rows into 1 stitch, therefore making it long.
Thanks 😊
Thx for sharing! I have a scarf pattern that requires K1b. Your video is easy to follow.
