So it seems like you're the only contact source for this company. My remote stopped working and can not arm/disarm the alarm with the remote. The red light still appears, so it's not dead. I'd like to know if there is any fix to this?

Does the app works with just mobile/data internet connection, without phone connected to wifi? Will it recieve alarm notice?

Hey I've tried this several times and the app just shows 'not bind' and I can't connect to it. This happened to the last one and I had to send it back.
