Thank you so much, I am working on a device with 6 different steps for an internship and I was wondering how to keep each step as an initial condition for the following. You are a life savior!

Didn’t know this was possible, really useful! Looking forward to the MATLAB tutorial video too.

thank you very very much.....I want to ask you, should one repeat the same procedure if he wants to change some conditions on any study??

Hello! Thank you very much for recording this video. It helped me a lot. Did you actually record the video for part two as mentioned in this video and in the description?

Brother, I want to compute the ac/dc module and submit the dependent variable values to the second study which is the electromagnetic wave study... I want to do that because I want to apply the dc voltage at ac/dc module. I want to use the resultant of Electric Field as an initial value in the Electromagnetic Wave module.
I don't know what is the right way to apply the dependent value to solve this issue
do you know how to solve this issue?

Hi, thank you for your valuable videos... can you please share part two? I am interested in learning how to use the previous solution from the time dependant study onto the next time dependant study using Matlab. each study will have different time steps and ranges and the material properties ( as well as the start point and time steps of the next study) will depend on the previous study results. Thank you in advance for your help and reply

i have a question how did study 1 use the 30w as a heat source as we have changed it to 10w ??

    • @HVE
      @HVE  3 года назад

First we solve study one with 30 W and then change the heat loss to 10 W and run study 2. In this case the solution of study one is already saved and we can access it.

my question is a little different if not bothering, could you please give some comments on how to do photoluminescence with comsol.

thank you please if you can we we need to run one study and use the solution of the same study as the initial condition of the next study with use of matlab.

hi, thank you for your very helpful video about comsol and Matlab. I
have a problem with comsol that I don't know how can I solve it my
problem is a channel that I should change boundary condition after a
specific time that means I should change inlet and outlet boundary with
each other could you give me advice that how can I do that with Matlab
and comsol, can I define if for the boundary in Matlab and then come
back to comsol and run it thanks.

Hi, in comsol follow the same instruction as i have given in this video. after completing study up to time t=t0, make a new study and use the last solution of the previous study as initial condition. at this point also change the boundary condition and run the study number 2. if you want to do it from matlab, that is the topic of a video which i will make it soon.
