if you refit it wit a new injector of today's style like from a lombardini or hatz you may get a much more clean burn and the efficiency will probably go up , really nice boat , proves iron is very good material for boats
If only they still made motors and boats like this. We'd all be able to actually not spend more time at the service department or money replacing/servicing and more time fishing and enjoying the water!
Shes an old Varpbåt from northen Sweden. Built around 1890-1920 in Umeå. Varpbåt is a type of rafting boat, a smalish craft that used to pull timber whit a big winch and cable in stead of using the propeller to tow.
It is one of those springs you connect to your mooring lines to keep them under tension. You can see one in use at the 1:40 mark, on the boat on the left.
Haha, jo. Såklart hade läder packningen åkt upp åt fel håll nångång när jag smörjde in den. Om jag inte minns fel så är det bara ramlager på två cylindriga seffle motorer. Det ska vara rullager i s15 motorerna som smörjas med motorns oljepump.

А ещё вопрос, к чему такой выпускной тракт высокий!? Я потому и думал что стирлинг, из за трубы. Думал, температуру чем то создают, ну и дальше ты знаешь:)), однако ТАКТЫ видны в выхлопе. Дизелю труба вроде никчему, или это чтоб выхлоп не нюхать?? На параходах( я сам морской), там труба в основном из за утиля конструктивно, ещё опреснитель прислоняют:)) А на катере то зачем:)?

There is actually an other preheater for the preheater. Felt it was about to mutch so I removed it ;)
@@johnedgardh6360 Is that what the extra cap on top was for? I had assumed it was the fuel filler, but I know many torches have the filler underneath.
On top of the burner assembly? its for cleaning the inside of it.
This would be a very relaxing ride! There are a lot of nice boats there, but I would rather have your boat! Really like that hull design! Thanks!

thats correct, but its not to keep moring lines under tension its to stop the hard jerk when the lines get under tension when a wave hits :)

Yes it has. 5 actually ;) the crack dose not leak or spred or are under any load so its not priority number one at the moment to fix it

@@andrewpark651 Дизель. Низкая степень сжатия требует предварительного нагрева. Топливо: арахисовое масло, масло печени трески, кукурузное масло, пальмовое масло.
