Long time rifle and pistol shooter... but I never really had an interest in shotgun or trap. Until last night... when a buddy finally convinced me to join him at a trap shoot. I definitely had way more fun than I expected. Looks like I need to start looking for a good shotgun now... [sigh]
I don't shoot tournaments because I don't need to spend that much money to prove to myself how bad I am. But I have to congratulate you and say you did very well for your first time.
I love your channel! I especially loved this episode because watching someone so accomplished in the sport trying a different discipline, and seeing how they feel about their experience is really cool!
great deal one thing i am planning at my place making a sporting clay range like this where you walk to the next stage of throwers that you have like 2 or 5 different shots to take at same thrower .
Dude... your life is perfect for shooting sports. First, your an exhibition shooter. You make money making videos, so, you can make money filming the tournaments you go to. And you know a lot of the top shooters and instructors. It's a win.. win. You'll be winning nationals in a couple years. Look out Brandon 😂
In one sense you are 100% correct, but it turns out I am limited by the same thing that everyone is limited by...TIME! You can do anything you want to do, but you can't do everything.
@TargetFocusedLife hahaha. I hear ya. But, I'm 45 years old. I have learned over the years. You have to make time for the things that make you happy. Otherwise, life is not enjoyable.
Looks like fun, I’ve been watching your channel for a while, and it’s always informative as well as entertaining. I was given an old 12Ga Browning superposed lightning that I’ve been shooting clays with. I’ve found that I really like the sport and want to purchase a new sporting shotgun with removable chokes. I’d like to stay under 3k, I think I’ve narrowed it down to the Browning Citori CX or the Rizzini Br110. If both fit me the exact same, which would you recommend based on fit & finish, felt recoil, trigger, customer service, etc. Are there any other contenders I should be considering?

Steve! Where do I get a TFL shooting vest like yours!?!?
4:43 I hope you got credit for a break as the chunk that fell out was visible.
Gotta say that it looked like that gun was bucking you quite a bit and slapping your face. Am I correct?
Un abrazo Dominicano
