I need the horn to beep when I lock it. I always walk away and don't remember if I locked it and usually when it is just out of sight. But hitting the lock button and hearing the horn does me well. 😄

Love that feature had that on my 07 Altima rolling down the windows with the keyfob got that on my Rogue two features wish it had be remote start and heated steering wheel.

I just got one its an 09. Love all these features but get this all trim packages has a remote start by pressing the lock key on the fob 3x.

Please tell me you have a secret tactic to silence the rear hatch 3 super-loud beeper torment. I can honestly say I HATE that thing with a passion that hasn't surfaced in like 2 decades. I've been trying to unload car from the rear doors so I don't disturb people near me.. some with terrible sleep deprivation challenges.
And also...I will pay ANYTHING to be able to turn the bleeping headlights off! I'm about to install a switched light shining on the stinking light sensor on the top right of the dash to try to gain back control of this. People don't appreciate their house lit up like an airport in a snowstorm when the neighbour arrives home. Some Nissan stalks have an OFF. The salesman/GM lied to me and said you just push in on the stock to turn off. Wrong. Perhaps on some models but not this new one. I'm getting so I really despise new tech. This is one of the reasons I bought the Murano because it's retained some old tech like manual parking brake and CD player etc.
Anyway, hope you have a couple more magic solutions?

The window roll down doesn't work on my Versa SR. Tried that from one of your previous videos. But I will try the wiper holding in place function.
weird the versa doesnt do it even know there is push button start
@@carsunlocked I can try again. I could have done it too fast or something. But maybe the Versa is not high enough up the chain to have it. 😀

Hey, I just bought a 2022 nissan armada platinum. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the key to set key specific radio functions. (AC works...lol big deal) the reason I think I'm not doing it correctly or something is wrong is because 1) radio and navigation don't reset and 2) I don't get the "“Connection with the key has
been done”. actually watched several of your videos already and really would love one on this topic.
sorry James I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish you are trying to program the radio presets to match your key fob as i do not think this is possible?
@@carsunlocked Yep that's it. According to the book it appears that it is but its pretty vague. I think maybe they just meant the menu set up. (the AC is set to the fob just fine??) Thanks for looking into it.
@@jamescotten5268 ohhh i have never tried this before with my clients usually we just set the seat positions to fob. Let me know how you male out
@@carsunlocked I will, but I can say that when you hit the "lock" button while still in the car on the corresponding key fob it does save your AC function. I like it a little cooler so when I get in the car its synced all around, my wife has it at 72 front with the back turned off. THAT actually works like a charm.

depends on which package of murano you have does your key fob have a trunk release button if not then you most likely do not have this feature
Oh forgot my 09 has the safty feature of objects in the windows if you are rolling a window and say your dog or kid sticks its head out the window opens automatically.

Hold down the lock and unlock buttons at the same time on your key fob. Basically, just redo what you did to make your horn not honk.
