Blake, this is the reason I love it when you bring your crew in. Everyone knows what's expected of them. You have a debris remover, guys who go after the volunteer trees and a trimmer. And, your crew does something that a lot of lawn care companies don't do, they attack the bottom of the bushes, where that work is needed. Well choreographed! Now, if I can only get you to elongate your videos.

Why do professional but not at all trained arborists nearly always trim foundation shrubs into cubes, even non-evergreens (i.e., azaleas, rhododendrons, hollies, etc.). The quick and easy in and out method? Nature prefers right angles? My hedge trimmer is pre-programmed to parallel planes? - Curious in Calabasas
i get the boxing of boxwoods, hollies, etc. but my heart sank when they boxed the azaleas & then took thehege trimmer to the japanese maple. yes, it looks way better, cleaner, neater thn it did but my gardener soul just sank a bit. i know the homeowner greatly appreciates your help and the gift of a cleanup...a real blessing indeed!

Bushes look really nice but on flowering ones, I wish he d round them n not square cut them. Rounded looks more natural on flowered ones.
Wish I could say great job but just chopping everything off is not attractive. The scrubs should have been rounded off rather than poorly squared. The bushes in front of windows in front yard were left too tall. Not an attractive yard job.

It's good to have the windows opened up by clearing the plants, but all the natural look of the plants on the fence and walls is gone by boxing them with the prune? saw. The flowers were gorgeous.

Kudus for cleaning out the rubbish but I cringed at the way the man with the large hedge trimmer went at the flowering bushes, shaping them like an ordinary yew.

I like the way your crew cuts the volunteer trees out of the hedges and bushes before they shape them up. Some "makeover" guys just trim the trees with the bushes and hedges and don't remove them at all.
