Turns out gf's speakers are inflatable and she just keeps them in her purse until bf has a rap battle with someone. That's why it takes the game so long to load cause there's a short intermission for her to inflate her speakers.
But then in the 3rd song there are the wires coming out of the speaker and it stays somewhat solid if that were true it would just deflate and have rips in it

Theory, Gf has a pocket dimension and leaves her speaker in there, and summons it every time bf is challenged.
Simpler version, she is a demon that can teleport everywhere she knows, and just gets her speaker and comes back.

I was thinking about the summon part
Small details in Genocide:
1. You have 50% more health than normal, making your maximum health 150% instead of the usual 100%
2. Tabi is Girlfriend's Ex-BF, so he possesses the same health-draining powers like Boyfriend.
3. For every notes he hits, you will lose 1% of your HP.
4. The screen gets progressively darker the more lower your health is.
5. If you look closely, Tabi's arrows when processed glows just like BF's, since he was once Girlfriend's EX.
