If a player takes any long term medication, he (or she) is mandated to disclose it to WADA. Ma-Sha did not. For 10 years. Why? Because she knew she was not taking it "for medical reasons". She was PERFECTLY AWARE that she was doping, that MELDONIUM put MORE HORSEPOWER and tried to "fly under the radar". The fact that meldonium was not banned is an irrelevant detail. She played against the rules. She cheated.
