Hi Donicha, I live in Ontario, Canada. We had security at our local grocery store that was never there before. Then 2 days ago while grocery shopping at the same location we witnessed someone stealing and management arguing with the person and confiscating their stolen bags. On the news here they are reporting there are record numbers of people needing food banks like never before. I can really see we are close to the end. We are living in difficult times hard to deal with as stated in 2 Timothy 3:1-5.
People are stealing food in NYC like crazy .. everything is up and the containers are smaller .. or people just eat the food in the store while they shop it’s really bad

Do you have any recommendations for frying oil besides avocado oil? Like the next healthiest, cuz I know avocado oil is good but expensive. Maybe like your top 3 oils for deep frying please?❤ I thank God so much cuz I literally had this question in my spirit and I was gonna do research but He provided an avenue and place for me to ask this question!
You know what check out grape seed oil and maybe sunflower oil because I know they are probably healthier than the rest I use to fry with olive oil but stopped that!

May I encourage you and share my experience with anemia. I was slightly anemic when I was in high school and I was the most tired I’ve been in my life. Literally fell asleep multiple times in class and never have before done that in my life. And I have family member(s) who were anemic and trust me it’s nothing to play with. I know God will restore and heal you. I just want to let you know please don’t play with it. It can creep up on you and you don’t even know you are anemic. Make sure u take the supplements and/or eat iron rich foods like beef.
Yes I’ve started taking more supplements God recently spoke to me about taking my supplements so I’m ready 😂 and I don’t eat a lot of beef so spinach will have to do and I’ll figure out the rest ❤ if you have any recommendations let me know

And if the big bottle is more bang for your buck maybe you can get a foodsafe spray bottle and pour it in for your avocado spray. I know stuff be expensive nowadays

I’m assuming God also had u guys switch to the essentia water because it has a high ph because I think because it’s higher it can help with heartburn from acidic and fried foods so it would be good especially for Clifton cuz I know he has talked about heartburn in videos before. I’m just guessing but that sounds factual and legitimately to me❤
Donisha I know what you mean about using these different foundations because I have used many and I have very dry skin but the foundations and primers just don't work on my face so you know what I just do lashes matte lipstick and when I don't use lipstick I use carmex and a little eye shadow. That's all. Anyway I really enjoyed the video.❤
