im hoping that since they are porting it to current gen, they can at least up the resolution to full 1080p, and hopefully have better AA and distance scaling
was hoping some of it would have at least been remastered or used in a newer engine for better lighting and shaders. far cry 3 could look really nice in the same engine used for far cry 5 with some newer textures

Sad reality.... the PC version still looks better. That’s on Ubisoft now, because the potential was there. Now with 4-5 that’s a different story. I have a hard time seeing 5 on console in 60fps. (Not sure if it is or not). But... if the PS4 or Xbone can run 60- PC better be optimized out of the digital box.
So will it be enhanced with its own achievements? I have yet to find an answer to this. If it's the same version as the backward compatible version then no thanks!

Primal tweaked the graphics further, gave you a scout, different takedowns and animal companion and a lot more than that 3 can’t touch primal. It was so good I platinum’d it. 4 I almost platinum’d but the online lounge is dead so couldn’t get the online trophies

But far cry evolved the formula and perfected far cry as we know it today I hope we don’t get an overhaul on far cry for at least one more installment after 5. And I’m busy playing Yakuza 0 right now I’m about halfway through the story and am just now figuring out I have to run the real estate business and cabaret clubs to get really powerful and shakedown me shakedown for his money lol

It's been backwards compatible on the X1 since March 2017, so I'd expect them to port and upscale it. Fingers crossed for x1x/PS4 Pro enhancements.

This is great, both the ps3 & X360 ran this game awful with bad framerate and screen tear this definitely needed a remaster X1X and Pro are bonus
