As always love you and your amazing channel please stay safe and enjoy your reading 📖 prayers and thoughts for you and your family love your Australia family friend John ❤❤❤
Sending you good thoughts Jen! Also super random but I realized I've been watching your videos with my breakfast for almost a year now and I think I'm starting to have a pavlov response to your voice and associating it with food haha. Anyways thanks for keeping me company while I eat, always love to hear your thoughts about books and see a peak of London.
Hi, Jen! I checked out your 2019 poetry book, “The Girl Aquarium,” from my public library. My favorites were: Girl Lunar Hero Hello, Dark Netted The Doll Hospital Concerning the Principles of Human Knowledge and How to Weigh Nothing (Not sure if the title is about body image, happiness, or both? Almost skipped it because I didn’t find the title interesting, but I really enjoyed the trying-to-be-carefree, three-person road trip. “We drive until there are no more mirrors.” is a SOLID opening line. I love all the imagery in this poem, and the last four sentences perfectly run together to the conclusion.) I also really liked the structure of these: Kitchen The Angel of the North What the Bearded Lady Told Me Etymology Small Infinities I wish to tell you body parts The Day We Ran Away from the Circus I mostly read prose, but I’m glad I checked this one out. Looking forward to reading your other work. Kudos!
You always make the most beautiful vlogs Jen! Loved this so much. And I think treating yourself to that membership is a great idea! I can see that you are being gentle with yourself and I'm glad you're taking it day by day. All my love to you! OMG I would love that Frieda Klein video!!!
Thanks so much for this one. I needed the walks as much as the book chat. Very de-stressing after work during a tough week. Sending healing, positive thoughts to you 🍄🍁🍂❤️
I do appreciate your reviews and love that I ALWAYS find new to me books through your channel. I am also so excited to get a copy of Spiritus Mundi ASAP.
Wonderful autumnal vibes. It's just starting to feel like autumn in my part of the world. Only just beginning to get those spooky season feels. A Helping Hand sounds perfect for me to read this month.
I'm jealous such great walks I still can't do long walks my Dr. Says no. Reading The Last Unicorn which I've never read before. There are sand cranes in the yard down the street and the neighbors dog comes out to help me walk. Thank you Jen.
i love your videos and listening to your insight/just listening to you talk in general, so I finally made the leap a couple days ago and bought your books 'Beginning of the World in the Middle of the Night' !! I'm very excited for it to get here so I can devour it
Tell Me I'm Worthless sounds so powerful, but one I don't think I could handle. Dangers of Smoking in Bed is one I also thought was something that was disturbing for the sake of disturbing and turned me off as well.
That's interesting about Mariana Enriquez's short story collection, the element of disgust or revulsion that runs through it. I haven't read that one yet, but I did read Cursed Bunny, so I think I know exactly what you mean. I'm currently reading Enriquez's Our Share of Night, and for what it's worth, I haven't encountered anything like that at all. I'm only a few chapters in, though, so I suppose that could change! And oh my gosh--the Spiritus Mundi book is showing up all over my twitter and Instagram feed, perhaps because of the Cunning Folk connection. And now I learn that you are in it, too! I am going to take that as a sign and purchase a copy this very instance :)
The London ones I make up myself. The ones outside of London are normally from the Saturday walking club website; it’s linked in the description box of this video x
I wasn’t sure about Tell Me I’m Worthless bc of the sexual violence component, but after you read an excerpt I think I’m gonna try it out. Maybe I can just skim over those parts with SV?
Evening, everyone 🧡 filming this was good for my brain. I hope you enjoy it xx
Your vlogs are my happy place!! Thank you!! Sending you lots of love from Madrid 🇪🇸 💕✨

Does anyone know what those bright purple berries are at 16:38? They're so beautiful! And thank you, Jen, for the great vlog.
I believe they are Callicarpa bodinieri, also known as the ‘beauty berry’ ☺️ xx
Lovely vlog Jen. Always here to hold you to account 😅 as I love your content! Sending love.
🧡
Hi Jen, how do you find the walks you go on? Do you use an app? I’d like to try more too!
The London ones I make up myself. The ones outside of London are normally from the Saturday walking club website; it’s linked in the description box of this video x

Have you read The Kew Garden Girls by Posy Lovell ??
Hi Jen Beverley Brook! Aaronovitch's Rivers of London! Think i've said that b4, actually.
I really don’t like his writing, I’m afraid x
@@jenvcampbell Fair enough!
I plan on being in London next summer.
Please tell me If you need someone to accompany you to Kew Gardens then ^^
