Just noticed "100% of advertising revenue is donated to charity" 👏Mad respect and happy to support! Thank you LE! 😘
i love that you don't cut too much, its not like you dab a little and suddenly cut to the foundation perfectly blended. it makes the video long but its important for actual learning!
I totally agree with you! :)
Completely AGREE!!! I was actually taken aback a bit watching this, because I’m so used to seeing others cut SO MUCH. It was really refreshing seeing how someone does “the work”.
Exactly! I appreciate that too. Plus, it gives watchers a good estimate for how long it takes to achieve the look. So many videos cut so much out that you see a 10 minute video that you'd like to do, only to realise that the look would take an hour or so.
You look utterly beautiful!
Yes, and she even shows entire blush blending process. I have learnt blending from her. It is actually like taking a makeup class. Thank you and God bless you with all good things!!
There's a difference between Lisa and other ytubers. She doesn't just review and slaps on makeup, she actually teaches. She's the only one that I can learn so much from in just one short video. And videos from so many years ago are still helpful to watch now. Lisa, you're a gem and the only true guru here. I hope you know just how much good you do for us. Thank you ❤️
True, I am so happy to have found her and the tutorials are easy to follow and wearable for everyday basis
@kcsl1980 - I totally agree with you!
Always simple, neat and elegantly applied makeup.
elo puff I loved this tutorial too! Such a beautiful look! 💕😀
😘👍👏
It’s only a true Lisa look if there's a gloriously applied cream blush 😍 nobody does it like her
thank you! ... I love applying it so much, its definitely a big passion for me along with foundation and base makeup X
I could honestly watch her apply cream blush for 24 hours straight. And hearing her rings jingle so elegantly. I die ,ASMR QUEEN
@@LisaEldridge Wow Lumene highlighter its from Finland like me and its so nice sheer soft non glittery. You are the Queen on makeup!
Viktoria Ko ikr?? As a huge blush addict I love that Lisa always plays around with them!
hollywoodshopaholic god, right? my favorite makeup product is blush and it’s sooo underrated
After wandering on youtubeland of beauty guru and cakey makeup, I'm back to Lisa's way of doing makeup. It's so refreshing and sophisticated but at the same time it looks simple, natural and timeless😊
With all the cake faces in the beauty community these days, it’s such a fresh breath of air watching a real professional makeup artist handle makeup like this, like the most delicate painting. You blow me away with your artistry every time. ❤️❤️❤️
Lisa Eldridge does approximately one thousand tiny, subtle, flawless things during her tutorials and at the end, they all culminate in this massively impactful final look. She's a true artist!!!
What I love is that Lisa teaches you techniques with things you already own, unlike the youtubers who always make viewers want to go out and buy buy buy more. Elegant and informative as always!
Lisa, you are the QUEEN of base ❤️
100%
This makes me so happy! I love base make up application so much ... its definitely MY THING! X
@@LisaEldridge I remember watching a video of you covering acne ages ago and saying you would rather spot conceal and let the nice unblemished skin peak through rather than covering it all with heavy foundation. I love that philosophy so much!
...the queen of makeup really. I was just raving about her to my husband. Like, I can't even...
meganshea I loved that video!! Made me see how I put on makeup with a new perspective
Can you please do a tutorial on Keira Knightley’s look? That’s the exact look I’d like to do on myself but it never comes out nice
the red lip one from last night? X
I had the natural smokey bronze look in mind...the red lip look is also so regal and gorgeous!!! I’d love both lol but either one would be soo appreciated 🙏
@@LisaEldridge Hi Lisa, the one from the bazaaruk ‘Women of the year Awards' is incredible, do you have a tutorial for this one? Thanks, Love from France!
The HB event when she wore blue was also stunning! Could one morphe into the other?
@@sarahrews8386 Yes the natural bronzey one would be perfect as it would work on everyone! The red lip vampy look also good for parties X
Giiiiiirl the second you used that special powder I PLACED THE ORDER 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩
How much was it? Since she mentioned it's still a bit expensive. And, was it worth it?. It sounds great but I wouldn't wanna buy something that didn't work as great as it looks. Sorry for this many questions BTW 😆.
Lisa, your skin has that glass-skin look much before you even applied anything. 😍
Aww thank you.... I think that might have been the moisturiser, gels and everything else! X
Lisa uploads- I drop everything and watch . Simple.
Can you do a glass skin look for dark skin? I feel our discoloration and darker lips would be hard to cover with such light products
You've. Perfected. Glass. Skin. Makeup.
I love that Lisa is so genuinely authentic that she often goes into the studio to film after a late night &/or after picking/popping; puts her bare face out there & with what seems like little effort just transforms herself with a result that is always STUNNING. I’ve learned so much over the years! Thank you, Lisa🙏 💕
I apply Loreal’s Glotion in fair all over my face before foundation. People comment on my skin all the time and ask me if I use something to make it look so glowing and fresh. It’s been a holy grail for me for about a year now and it’s so inexpensive.
Do you have oily skin?
Does it make you oily?
I never knew about clear silicon mattifiers! I have very dry skin and lots of freckles so even when I use a translucent powder it looks cakey. Thank you so much Lisa!
One of the most elegant and sublime skin look I have seen in a long time on RUclips ! Thank you Lisa! Xx
What I love about your videos is you keep it simple and yet flawless. Nothing like over applying concealer, ten million products and packing on shit. Who wears make up like that anyways except those youtubers
I love these longer videos 😍
Sucks
Speak french please thanks
That gel powder looks fascinating! Thanks for sharing this beautiful look!
Girl, you may want to look into Mally Beauty Face Defender because its ingredients are identical with the Rae Morris one! $35 cheaper too :))
Mally Face Defender is really good! If you order off QVC sometimes they do buy one get one free (or other offers) as well :)
Your simplistic approach to your makeup and videos is both educational and therapeutic. I just adore watching you.
Thank you X
Oh how this makes me happy. This is my favorite look for my skin. And learning how to do it from the best doesn't get any better.
Shannon Graham I loved this tutorial too! Such a beautiful look! 💕😀
I love looks like this! "Natural" is the way to go for me!
Wisdom, elegance and loaded with fresh information. Lisa, your videos are worth watching over and over.
Thank you Lisa, for this in depth glass skin tutorial. I absolutely adore the fact that you have put the emphasis on skincare and skin prep, rather than only the makeup application. I always learn so much from your tutorials ☺️ X
The absolute best makeup artist, no question.
As an aside, this video is so soothing, I could watch it over and over....it definitely is relaxing...it's almost asmr...
Love this look! So healthy looking and it suits you so well 😍 thank you for this video!
The delicate way you blended your under eye concealer was mesmerizing. I can't imagine doing it any other way now. This whole look is truly lovely. Thank you Lisa.
Your makeup aesthetic has always been a favorite of mine and every year I realize more and more how much I enjoy beautiful skin more than lots of drama! THANK YOU
In Lisa we trust 🙏
Your videos are my therapy. You are an angel!
Therapy, so true! Her voice, her outlook, her uploads seem to erase the days worries
Alicia M I love her voice too - so soothing!!!
Thank you so much, Lisa Eldridge! You are the true definition of what it means to be an artist. I love how luxurious you make applying makeup look, and the way you use technique to create a very specific look is so awesome.
One of my favorite tutorials of all time! And best “glass skin” tutorial thus far.
watching your videos and listening to your voice is like meditation to me! I also looove the way you are applying make up and touching your face... no harsh rubbing .no tucking ..just sensitive very soft and light touches
Loved this glass skin look. My neice is the production manager on the Bakeoff, Rebecca Wootton. I will tell her that you watch it. She will be thrilled.
Watching you apply makeup is mesmerizing. It's as if you're working on a nano level and at the end everything comes together into this beautiful look.
Wow thank you Lisa. This is first you tube makep tutorial I have seen that is easy to follow and doesn't look like caked on makeup. The full glassy look you have looks very sophisticated. Thank you for sharing.
Very pretty! Glassy and glowy but not greasy.
Aaaaaaand I just found my new go-to look! 💜
This is such a refreshing change from the full coverage instagram make up that you see all of the time. Lisa, you really are the queen of base
Love how you show us different trends and styles in makeup applications from around the world. You keep us all relevant!! Ty Lisa 💕🥰
Lisa! I was in the middle of watching another video, but when I got a notification from you, I just clicked and here I am!
And even before watching this, I know I will love this tutorial since I am crazy about the 'glass skin' look 😍❤️
Avons Light I loved this tutorial too! Such a beautiful look! 💕😀
I just got home and thought, "Wouldn't it be nice if Lisa posted a video?" And here we are! Beautiful look as always ❤️
Yes, dear..Don't we love Lisa Eldridge??💖
Lisa Eldridge, Queen of Makeup!
Still the BEST!
❤️😃
I absolutely love your minimalistic makeup techniques. They have a very transformative affect. Very beautiful!
This is very signature Lisa Eldridge.
I love korean skincare approach, the thing impressed me is that they use products less commercial than the ones we have in Europe, for example.. essences are so popular among korean girls 💫 To me their skins seem like pearl ( in old paintings a pearl couldn't be distinguished onto the perfect skin of a woman)😆
@@dragonfae2753 when I was a teenager I used rice starch (I cooked it and used the starch left on my face). It really helped me to calm and purify my skin 💫
Laura * would you mind referencing that video please? I’d love to see it, thank you!
@@dragonfae2753 Hey👋! That sounds very, very interesting to me! Could you roughly tell me how you prepared it? Thanks in advance Laura :))
@@dragonfae2753 Do you remember what the video was?
@@dragonfae2753 can you please write down how exactly you prepared this ?
Lisa, you can ramble as much as you like, you've introduced me to many products I never thought of trying
I’m always so inspired with how you use your brushes; you’re so light handed and gentle and you always end up with the most flawless base. Thank you for This video, This is a true example of what it means to be a makeup *artist*
Love your work, Lisa!
I've been waiting for a tutorial like this forever!
CandidLynn I loved this tutorial too! Such a beautiful look! 💕😀
The queen of "perfect" skin looks! Loved this, would be great to see more looks like this. x
I really appreciate how Lisa make it look sooo easy while it is the hardest make up look to accomplish, the best make up queen
I'm tempted to get that powder! Never heard of anything like that before!
Sriabitha Mohankumar Me too. I hate normal powder, would rather use blotting papers.
You can also dab a setting spray on a sponge to set :)
I have it. A company that makes it is called Mally. The product is called Skin Defense? It’s in a pinkish purple compact.
Lisa! Great job as always!
Absolutely flawless
The most calming and truly professional makeup videos on RUclips, by a real artist! xx
I’ve never heard of this gel powder thing . So intrigued now
L'unica che SA truccarsi!
Poco prodotto, tanta resa!!
Delicatamente, senza mascheroni!
Favolosa peraltro, elegante e delicata anch'essa...
So lovely...^__^
Complimenti sempre Lisa!
Sei la mia mua preferita! ☆
A perfect tutorial for me as so many of the types of products (different bands to the ones you use, Lisa) are in my 'daily bag' of items for use, in order to enhance my skin and keep me feeling modern and uplifted. Given I'm older that most of you out there, I'm grateful that I've always spent time, money and tenderness to my skin. It' makes a huge difference to the finished product of any makeup application. The 'Glass' look is perfect for young and old alike. Often less is so much more, particularly as one ages, or just wants to look as fresh as possible. Thank you!
The natural glowing finish is so beautiful 💕💕💕
Is the video for different types of dark circles coming? Waiting for it ! Especially dark and dry skin 😫👽
I love how casually you said you did Keira Knightley's make up :)
You're amazing, I enjoy your tutorials so much!
Your videos are sooo good for the soul...a touch of this,a drop of that..not a huge amount of products like you see now in most of the tutorials...you are so classy and simple and honest when you explain what you’re doing that even if you stressfully work everyday with make-up,the passion and the joy comes out...i personally feel it so strongly that after i watch one of your videos i do want to take care of myself more..and i learn a lot!
Thank you Lisa!
I just love your videos. I learn so much about beautiful and naturally looking makeup.
You are just brilliant at everything you do. Like your other subscribers i just drop everything when yiu upload. Your passion for natural beautiful skin is inspirational.
I tried this today... I'm absolutely in love with the technique.. There's no cakey face, no visible pores, my skin feels so light and "happy". I just need to get better at it and do it faster. Cause it took me like 35 minutes
That is stunning. What a transformation Lisa, but in a subtle beautiful way xxx
Thank you so much for teaching us a simple-to-achieve makeup routine (that works for combination skin) that is practical, long wearing but looks utterly natural and flawless.
You are my favorite makeup artist 😄 hello from france
Meli Mélo She is awesome!
Me too! And I love france I always wanted to go there 😩 maybe one day 👍😀
OH LISA PLEASEEEE FEATURE KEIRA KNIGHTLEY IN ONE OF YOUR VIDEOS
Just stunning. There's such a simple, fresh beauty to this. Thank you. ❤
So many so-called makeup artists on RUclips, and after all these years, Lisa Eldridge is just so consistently good. Always good tips and beautiful application. Love her voice and her style.
You look so stunning in this makeup ♥ Greetings from Poland!
You‘re simply the best 🎤🎼 !!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Your videos are always so classic. I love the looks you create, they suit a wide range of ages. Thank you!
Just today i was thinking about ways to make my skin loom really bright and translucid, so thank u queen. I've learned SO much with you, i always do.
She's one of the only beauty youtubers who I can actually watch without wanting to kill myself.
Wayne Goss and Hindash are my suggestions if you are interested. Good day :)
Have you watched Wayne Goss?
0-100 real quick lmao
Lisa Eldridge is not comparable with Wayne Goss.
I know right. Drag queen make up is just hideous.
So beautiful look Lisa! Could you please recreate the Keira red lip look soon too? Also, that shirt 😍💕💕
Kris I would like to see the Keira look too!!
I've been waiting and waiting for the glass skin look from you. Thank you so much Lisa! I often go back and watch the Korean looks that you did. You're incredible and BIG thank you for the grey background. I was able to brighten my screen and watch the whole tutorial ❤️
I love how you are so aware with how you are deviating from the Korean way of glass skin. I am constantly impressed with your knowledge on makeup and I do appreciate how accurate you get when explaining :) truly informative for your viewers and showcase your continued efforts and interest in makeup :)
Look at our brave and edgy Queen, not only slaying her skin with a magnifying glass after an enthralling late night viewing of Great British Bake Off, but also serving up some ASMR vibes at the 11 and a half minute mark. I would love to rock this glassy-skinned look, but I am currently living in Italy and after being inspired by Ms Katie Jane Hughes to lather my skin with Weleda Skin Food, I might have to give this lovely look a pass - the sound and feeling from having to peel my cheek of my friends' faces after we have exchange greetings is not one I want to repeat in a hurry.
quadbox your comment sounds so elegant, I feel like I need to acknowledge that. 😂
Ooooh, I just saw this now. I always get carried away in the comment section! 😂 Thank you! 😘
Ha! I just bought Skin Food on KJH's recommendation too!
Haha! The price to pay for glassy skin- very sticky skin!!
Lisa, I'd love a review on the foreo ufo after you used it for a month or so, I've seen mixed reviews but I'd trust your opinion over any other ❤️
I love the process and the finish look, Lisa, you look beautiful!
We are so lucky that someone so super talented absolutely amazing star Makeup Artist such as Lisa is here for us. I am so grateful for her!
I like how she integrates k-beauty. K-beauty is not all about using korean products, it's all about the technique and the process.
Yes! Bake off at 1am! It is important to watch before spoiler!
Wow, this is so, so beautiful. I'm thrilled to see an in-depth look at how to achieve this makeup style. I think it's a very beautiful effect. Thank you!
Flawless skin with or without makeup. You get it right everytime. Always achieving the perfect balance, using a light hand and never applying too much. As a guy who loves to have glowing skin, I really appreciate these video's. I would have to use a really light hand on my skin to camouflage or highlight. Knowone has ever said to me, are you wearing makeup? it's so subtle. But in reality there's quiet a bit of concealing going on. You play with some mastery. You work magic & it's safe to say you are a real artist. I have been following your work for years and I hope you continue to inspire others for many generations to come. Great work!
Lisa would look really good with short shoulder length hair! Kinda looks like it in this video
It always amazes me how little product you use and it seems to work and cover the right amount and I can cake on my full coverage foundation and my redness still peeks through. I wish I could do the glass skin look or any natural makeup look and not still look like I’ve got a rash 😂
Perfect transformation. One of the best makeup artists around.
I can’t even begin explain how much I admire your talent/work. You are amazing!
I was up till 5am last night on a RUclips Korean skincare deep-dive! And then I see this in my Notifications!.. it is a SIGN! I really hope the days of full face insta-makeup with 5 layers of contour and 7 pairs of lashes is coming end! This is so refreshing! thanks Lisa! P.S.
Also if you liked this I'd recommend checking out the video on the Harper's BAAZAR channel with Korean artist Pony and her OTT skincare routine called "Pony's Nighttime Skin Care Routine" its pretty ExTrA but the results speak for themselves
Peach and Lily sheet masks are a quick cheap and easy way to get glass skin; just wear one for a long time the night before! They're like three dollars at CVS and literally chock-full of good ingredients :)
Wow! 🌟 Your skin looks like perfection! 🤗 The glossy look is absolutely stunning! 💗 Thank you! 🙏🏻
What a treat it is when Lisa uploads a new video!
