Problems with my Navigon 8410 and Navigon Technical support

Here you can see how my Navigon 8410 still does not work after sending it THREE times to the Navigon technical support. I have contacted Navigon at Facebook, Twitter and by phone...
The 31/1/2011 the offered me to replace the product.
16-Feb-2011 UPDATE: This was the solution that NAVIGON promised me after sending two times my GPS to their technical support and not getting it fixed:
"We can offer you a new 70 Premium device as a replacement for your 8410 device"
Today I got the package... with my OLD AND BROKEN 8410 BACK!!!
Why am I doing this? Because I am really tired of companies treating us like stupids and playing with our money and time.
