A few points i need to correct
1. Borders of safety triangle
Posteriorly: Latissimus Dorsi
Anteriorly: Pec Major
Base: at nipple arealor level of 5th intercostal space ( Not base of the axilla
Tricep attatchments:
Medial Head : below and medial to Radial Sulcus/ Groove
Lateral head: above and lateral to Radial Sulcus/ Groove ( Not intertubercle sulcus)
Long head : Inferior glenoid tubercle

Looking for some help: I do have some symptoms on my right hand/arm
- started with burning sensation nowover sensitive on the region of Extensor Carpi Radialis Longus
- sometimes temperature differeces on the digidi minimi and the ringfinger can raise almost up the whole hand, forarm to the ellbow (Extensor Carpi Ulnaris)
- almost no screwing motion possible (Anconeus)
- can't open my hand or make a propper fist
- only very weak lateral and addatual motion possible (Abductor pollicis brevis + Adductor Pollicis)
- only slow movemnt of Opponens Pollicis possible maybe only reduced motion of Hypothenar possible
- Lumbricals can't form an L-shape
- can just open and close my fingers a very little bit
- if I do it with both hand at the same time it seems the right hand is just "trying" and it is not synchron
Made the BCDE-tests and all signgs for Ulnaris nerve
- flat hand on the table, only possible to lift the hand 2-3 cm
- sometimes pain in my wrist
- regularly backpain in the upper part of my back
- can't streighten my arm completely
So doctors found some compressed points on the spine but say this is just stress and a psychological issue.
Since I know my body I do feel there is something kind of stuck
Other things ae also there but these ae the main things to this topic

few points.
flexor digitorum profundus medial part is supplied by ulnar nerve, it's not flexor digitorum superficialis
yes right according to snail anatomy but in gray anatomy it is flexor digitorum profandus
sir you are great.I listen your lectures carefully and clear my all concepts
Sir back muscles is in which lecture
the lecture is perfect but just a kind correction...paralysis of ulnar nerve will lead to ulnar clawing but ulnar plus median nerve will lead to complete clawing ..its not called ulnar clawing when both nerves are involved...

Sir is it same for both arm(front) and forearm(extensor) the brachioradialis?
It should be Brachialis for arm(front) and Brachioradialis for forearm(extensor)

Brachioradialis is the forearm muscle, which is a extension muscle... Instead of brachioradialis there will be a brachialis.
Brachialis muscle should be there in muscles of arm on anterior compartment.
There are some inaccuracies.
For example, the ulnar half of Flexor Digitorum Profundus is supplied by Ulnar nerve, not Flexor Digitorum Superficialis
Also Flexor Digitorum Profundus also has 4 tendons just like FDS, not 5 tendons
I really like these lectures as they are very visual with great diagrams, but please try to avoid such inaccuracies as this causes confusion as to which points are correct and which points need to be proofread, leading to double work. Thank you

Great lecture and well explained, only correction I can suggest is the FDP muscle innervation -1/2 medial side is supplied by ulnar nerve and half lateral side is by median nerve (AIN) .
FDS Muscle is innervated by median nerve.

Deep muscles are supportive one telling again movemen is skeletal. Proximals superior not inferior.
