My mom had dementia (has sense passed way) she forgot everything by the end except for me as I was her caregiver and with her all the time. Another person she didn't forget was Jesus. I really thought it was amazing that even after her brain was almost completely gone she still remembered her savior.

My mom too. She forgot everything and everyone, including me as her caregiver, but never forgot Jesus. Even as she was dying in hospice she could still recite John 1:1-17. Amazing. Recently, I decided I needed to memorize those verses too. I sure do miss her, as I'm sure you miss your momma too! God bless you, Sarah ❣️

@@robertdouglas8895 ~ I'm EXTREMELY thankful someone used Fear to 'wake me up' for my need for Christ! I grew up thinking I was a Christian because I believed in God and went to church every time the doors were open. I did believe that God was who He said He was ... and that He created the world perfectly. I also believed in Jesus, but I did not fully grasp the Gospel and my need to repent of MY sins. But God had mercy on me, allowed me to hear and read the truths in the Bible, and I knew I was headed to hell. Among my other sins, I had aborted, yes murdered my own baby. It had happened way back in 1978, and I was kinda numb for 14 yrs. Then, as I realized fully what I had done (I was reading a book written by a doctor who used to do abortions, but stopped when He was saved, and he was describing the entire procedure) I flew out of the house, screaming and crying and begging God for His forgiveness. I felt peace flow over me like nothing I had ever felt before. I FELT forgiven. I fell in love with His Word, fellow believers, turned 180 from my sin that I was addicted to. If you love someone enough that you don't want them going to hell when they die ... then using Fear is a WONDERFUL thing!
I have a brother who has been diagnosed with autism in a sense it’s hard for him to understand things and learn he is 25 and he had became a alcoholic due to his frustration with his diagnosis we got he help and I have managed to tell him about the gospel and who God is and what he did through his son Jesus Christ. Every time I’ve told him with testimony. He says it sounds amazing and he wants to believe in God but doesn’t know how to because he doesn’t understand. But I keep trying and praying. And so please everyone I ask prayers

@@Doom0728 well, Juan , I will pray for you too, because I also used to be an atheist. I made my own rules. I wanted to live longer my own terms and I grew in gangs, selling drugs and you name it. I was the also the type that needed evidence to believe something was real. And trust the day I hit total rock bottom is the day God reviled himself to me and for awhile I couldn’t believe and I kept having encounters. And I did my research I concluded that the evidence is true. And God through Jesus Christ is the truth. I’ll be praying for you

just know that the reason why we seek God and ask for forgiveness is not to just to avoid hell. It's God's immense love that we don't deserve, and that God wants a literal relationship with us!!

I've heard "I was raised catholic" so many times its absurd. Apparently Catholicism isn't doing a very good job.
They aren’t. I was “raised catholic” and found out so many things I never knew about in the past few months.
I was too and was thrown out of the church for not being baptized yet, got baptized by my OWN decision at 32 last year at my church, full immersion, it was amazing, and they let me do communion before this unlike at the catholic church where I wasnt allowed till their version of baptism, It turned me and my mom away from the church for many many years, other than christian summer camp and a couple youth group concerts I didnt go.
I too was raised Catholic. Atheist now.

How are you observing the illusion and being the illusion at the same time? The fact that you realize you're a conscious individual out of a potential infinite potential conscious individuals and there isn't just absolute pure nothingness is slap you in the face obvious that God exists, so you need to get this sorted out fast.

Hey Ray! I wish that you could share the gospel to the people of Finland 1 day, the way you explain everything just makes sense and it's easy to understand since God made it so that even kids can understand it without difficulty. Parents in Finland don't teach the gospel these days as much as they used to for example to me. Finnish people also don't preach to random people on the streets cus they are scared of the judgement of people and and the laughs.
Wyatt, God can use you to reach the lost if you desire to be used by Him in that, there's nobody special that God has used in history besides one, there's only one Hero in this story and His name is Jesus.

@@ramoth777 True in the sense that God has mercifully allowed all sinners to live and perhaps have a chance to hear the gospel. However, and there's the big BUT - only those whom the Father draws will come to Jesus. The sheep doesn't choose their shepherd, the shepherd chooses the sheep. Jesus will lose NONE of those whom the Father has given Him - after all - that's the Father's will and He has to do it.

The ten commandments approach is the breaker that smashes the ice. I live in Rotorua, New Zealand. Recently I stood alongside someone and watched a transformer being replaced on a power pole outside my house. He struck up a conversation with me, and I asked the Holy Spirit to give me the words to speak. Out came the ten commandment questions, the physician with the xray of the terminal disease, and the parachute vs flapping one's arms. He did not attack me. He did not argue. He did not turn away. He said no-one had ever made him think this way. He thanked me for the conversation. He promised to go home and read the Book of Romans. The Holy Spirit will do the rest. Thank you Ray for your training.

Ray, been watching your videos for a couple months. I admire and respect what you're doing! One thing I would like for you to mention to people though, "you can be made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus"! (No longer a "liar, thief, fornicator, etc.) After Salvation we are "new creations"!
We have heard Ray say that. I think sometimes the videos must be edited too quickly. I do wonder when there are people who say they will be in hell with their friends you don't meantion Mark 9:42-48 (verses that quote Jesus teaching about the seriousness of our sins and the horror of hell "where 'Their worm does not die And the fire is not quenched' ".
So many of our young folks haven’t EVEN HEARD THE WORD OF GOD..LET ALONE THE TRUE WORD!! We have a lot of work to do, folks!

God is always testing us, his purpose is to see if our faith is real. I know my faith is being tested at this time. Even though I’m struggling I will keep faith, even though it is difficult. Since covid I fell on a terrible hardship. I lost my job for declining the vaccine. I declined due to my health conditions. I suffer from lupus, and heart disease. I’m now waitressing but not making nearly enough to get by. I’m a single mom, my husband died suddenly years ago. I’m all alone. My children are autistic and non verbal, I’m overwhelmed. I recently started homeschooling them because they were having so many issues in school including bullying. Please pray for me. I’m struggling to pay rent, struggling to buying groceries, struggling to afford the tools I need to homeschool my sons. I WANT TO GIVE UP! But I TRUST in you JESUS. Even as I struggle providing for my children. I will keep faith in God. Faith over fear. Lord hear my prayers. I don’t understand why I’m going through this hardship for so long but I trust you LORD!

Hey guys I don’t usually comment on videos but I’m really spiraling into my sin I know I’ve been set free but idk what keeps happening… please pray that I am genuine in my repentance and that I would crucify my flesh daily! I know there is power in prayer please ask God’s will be done in my life, that I would not gratify the desires of my flesh and that I would persevere through the tough trials and keep in step with his spirit, to be the man planted by streams of water! Lacking nothing! And that I might not waste time but advance God’s kingdom as a useful vessel!
In 4:20 you asked about the difference between Catholic and Christian, Ray. But in Matthew 7:19-23 it says: "Every tree that does not bear good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire". Could you please enlight me on that one, Ray? Appreciate the work brotha, shotout from Brazil
Not Ray, but I'll try just in case he doesn't see your question or reply.
The good works DO come, and are a sign that one has been born again and has a new heart. Good works MUST come as a result of true faith ("Faith without works is dead"). But they are a result of being saved, not the cause of being saved. If someone thinks they are saved and has no good works resulting from that, or comfortably continues in bad works/sins it is a sign that something is wrong. Good works should flow from true salvation.
But the huge mistake is to think that your good works EARN you heaven/salvation. That is a lie from hell. It is impossible for us to earn heaven. Moral perfection is the standard and we ALL have fallen short and are guilty of sin, and deserve hell. It is only by God's grace (unmerited favor) and the gift of Jesus Christ and His sacrifice that we can be saved. It is a free GIFT, and not of works (Ephesians 2:8-10). We can be saved because Jesus was good/morally perfect, and He took the punishment for our sins.
If you try reading those verses in Ephesians, and then also the first several chapters in Romans it might help gain more understanding. , Paul explains it really well.

If you could work your way into heaven, then there would have been no reason for Christ to die for your sins. Anyone holding their works up to the Lord in expectation of obligating Him to reward them for their goodness might want to recall God's analogy of "good works" to "filthy rags."
