Are The Bose QuietComfort 2 a Good Sports Earbud?

- I'm looking at Bose QuietComfort earbuds 2 for working out. Are the Bose QuietComfort 2 earbud a good earbud for working out and do they stay in your ears even when you're sweating? Can they handle the movement you make during your workout?
I know that one of the most annoying things is when your earbuds keep falling out of your ears when you workout or go running, so in this video, I test the Bose QuietComfort 2 to see if they stay put but also other questions like how good is their noise cancelling and can you use these earbuds in the sauna?.
Also, are the Bose QuietComfort 2 good for running too?

Thank you for your review. I like running in open areas. I do not stand upside down during sports activities. :D If you explain how the headphone performance while running does not fall out of my ear while walking or running, I will immediately decide whether to buy it or not.

It’s best to switch the eartips out for memory foam like the Sony xm4..works 100 percent better
Thanks for your input. I think I like these earbuds BUT I HATE the "WingTips" I want the old style back.. and YES .. they fall out all the time .. I HATE them :(

I’m an older man and I do a lot of power walking and I have the Bose Ear Buds. The sound quality is fantastic. But once I start sweating I couldn’t keep them in my ears. I am constantly having to adjusting them to keep them from falling out. This is extremely annoying and I would not recommend these for anyone using them for workouts. I have sense bought a cheap pair of ear buds with ear hooks and they stay in place. Of course the sound quality sucks. To bad Bose doesn’t make a ear hook to go with the ear buds.
YT just deleted my last comment, but i was saying to buy some memory foam ear tips. When you sweat the rubber silicone tips fall out easily but the memory foam tips conform nicely to the ear canal. You can find a cheap pair of foam tips that are exclusively for bose quietcomfort online. Try those and see if it works better...

Have you tried Bose Sport Earbuds?
I have the Apple airpod pro 2 and the Bose quiet comfort 2 earbuds. Both are very good but I’d say the Bose sound much better and the noise cancelling on them is incredible.
Your beats suggestion loads a pair of £25 tozo ear buds. Is that right?
The Tozo earbuds are a decent budget pick.
There are actually some really good cheap Bluetooth earbuds out there if you do a bit of searching.

You can switch off the touch control function if that helps…I do loads of benching, calisthenics etc had no issue with them falling out. Only upgraded as my BOSE sound sports kept dying … there are 5 years old thou…. Massive sound improvement. Nice review thou. 👌👍🏼

I didn't notice much of a sound improvement but I'd gladly give my left nut to get the old sound sport silicone wings back. I'd had those wings for nearly 10 years even back on the wired version and literally no earbuds in existence stay in as well or were as comfortable
Have had the version one and now these as well for 4 months. They have never fallen out.
But then again, I do not run with them in my ears.
I bought the version ii as I found that the version i were too large and also as I was able to get a great deal online. And because no one does ANC like Bose do. As for quality of sound ( not the best in the business ) but, I listen to my music with high res / Eq’ed music files which has improved the sound quality.
And perhaps better still, I have the correct rubber bands and ear tips for my ear size…
That is, perhaps, a must.

@ListedFit I just got my Bose on Monday and I wouldn't use it at the gym it's really uncomfortable for me or maybe I didn't know how to use it.

Is it me, but do anyone have low volume on phone calls? Beyond that mine is great!!
It's not just you. I thought it was my phone. I traded my bose ultra twice because of the low volume on phone calls. I thought they were defective. So what can I do about the low volume while talking to someone? They cost 300.00... I got them for Christmas 2023 .. they workperfectly with music
Fit is subjective, luckily for me the medium wingtip+small earbud is the perfect size. No moving whatsoever even if i do my "last rep face". And oh boy, these made me give up my headphones bec i didnt knew earbuds can do same noice cancelling. These are very good!
