for anyone with messy eyeshadow get isopropyl alcohol wipes!!! you can use them to clean any eyeshadow since it evaporates so quickly that it won't cause mould, it also disinfects so you can get some more longevity out of products don't take my word as fact bc i'm not a chemist and i'm sure it could still be harmful, but for me this works perfectly
This is a trick most makeup artists use for their kits, it is safe because of the aforementioned evaporation, and what's left is clean and usable makeup!
You're not wrong, I use an isopropyl alcohol spray (as in I put the alcohol in a spray bottle lmao!) to clean all my makeup brushes and applicators (not sponges, they need a proper clean because they drink all the products 😂) It's super quick I just spray a couple of times onto a paper towel or microfibre cloth (trying to be more mindful of waste which is why I prefer this to alcohol wipes) and swirl the brushes on the cloth until they are clean and leave no residue. It's great because there's no drying time if you are like me and have a million eyeshadow brushes but that one that's your fave so you can switch colours etc. One thing I will say is make sure that the isopropyl alcohol you use for anything like this (that will be used on the skin) is no higher concentration than 70%. The wipes too. This is because higher concentrations can cause irritation and reaction on the skin, so it's safer to stick at 70%.

I used to have really brittle thin nails & always thought "that's just how I was born" but I was actually not eating all of the things I needed to be, to get the protein, iron, etc. I needed. Now I eat better, & mine look almost as good as hers! That could be your issue?
I wonder why the product would be made like that without some little dividers in between the colors. It just seems like it could be so easily mixed even unintentionally and over time ending up a mess
I intentionally made them like this because people use them for gradients for face painting! Otherwise, I sell all the colors separately and even in minis. They clean up so so easily though!
It would be cool to have a water activated liner palate in a "color wheel" style so it would be easy to mix complementary or tertiary colors on purpose and then use this technique to clean it. #colortheory
I use splitcakes in facepainting which this seems to be a tip I have would be a wet wipe and push the wet wipe into the pan and then rub it up and down in the way that it won’t mix it cleans it well!

These are eyeliners, so you’d be using them on top of a shadow or as just graphic liner on their own. They only work with water. Wetting normal powders will eventually ruin them 🖤

The pans were a video from back when I handmade them! All lab made now with our same old formula 🖤 so don’t think I’m still putting in quite all that effort now, just some to assemble them
You can! 🖤 just make sure it’s not an oily spray (like not a facial refresher spray skincare item if that makes sense. An actual makeup setting one. Oils will hurt the formula)

Hello! Depends on the product. Some is natural, some is synthetic. In some cases I’ve had a heck of a time with product stability with synthetic and I don’t use it. In other cases, in order to get the insane shine, I need it. All mica I use is ethically sourced regardless. Thank you! (Also as just an extra- almost all companies use real mica and synthetic together, you’ll see synthetic as usually something like Synthetic Fluorphogophite or titanium and silica flakes are an alternative, but I’ve never seen someone use just the word mica alone and mean synthetic)
Not really! They’re water activated so it’s taking off the smallest amounts because half of the volume removed is the added water with just some pigment stuck to it. Though, I wouldn’t be mixing it up intentionally daily and doing this haha, it will eventually start to wear down!

Our labs are vegan and cruelty free with no animal testing. These are exported products and are not retailed on the mainland so they are excluded from chinas testing requirements.
I can’t say I’ve ever experienced any cracking, but you should be able just press it back down, no need for alcohol or anything! It’s not like super brittle solid, just like a heavy non worked clay like feel 🖤 they get put in the pan and pressed the same way, not liquid poured or anything
i dont think tapping is the best idea, you are essentially moving unmixed product onto the mixed and combining them, it sounds like itd be easier for it to go bad

You just use a wet eyeliner brush! 🖤 it’s activated by water, so it would work like a potted liner, but with the addition of water
