I was at this show and I had my jaw on the floor within 30 seconds. I knew what to expect but for it to be real and right in front of me was still breathtaking. I'm pleased to have received the handshake and autograph afterwards.
Is it just me or, be honest, doesn't it piss you off a little bit how easy he makes it look lmfao GREAT show! Just found this guy and I think he's incredible. Guys like this are why I started playing classical guitar. You can feel his emotion.
I ponder if by some crazy temporal science, a machine could be made to bring Django Reinhardt to this time and place him in this audience! (and some other equally impressive situations in modern times)? What would he think and feel!? I think he would recognize his kind of playing but hear quite a bit of difference or "added-on" characteristics. I would hope that he would feel glad that his music has eventually gained such a huge fan base and has spawned many guitarists and other musicians who are all magnifying/morphing/adding upon his original Gypsy Swing base! He was the foundation upon which all of this has evolved!
He's a good instrumentalist and seems just like an authentic person rather than a laughing-monkey on stage who tries to seek attention in a silly and cringeworthy way. So, what's the better thing to be on stage? Don't answer, this was an rhetoric question.
Why is he never listed in the top five greatest guitarists. He’s as good as they go in my opinion.
Absolutely agree♡♡♡
those lists are by rock guitar publications for their view of rock guitarists. Even within that realm there are plenty of disagreements ;-)
It's almost unbelievable he played the part @4:16- 4:39 and the fact this was recorded live in concert makes it scary. What a machine, what an animal.

Sorry no my hands are freezing
Fabulous .... but notice ... not one of them even says hello to people :(
saoir no need..straight to business.
+saoir fast forward to 43 min, and you can observe Joscho engaging the audience and sharing a story with them too ;)
It is a good guitarist certainly only lacks some humility :(
Sorry don't understand, perhaps you could explain your opinion.
@@Thursdaym2 "attitudes" do not need explanations of any kind...😕
