Great additions to cooking tools! I am ordering poultry shears right now. I never thought of using those to cut meat. The Ziploc bag holders are a lifesaver. Who lnew someone invented that? Game changer for me! Thanks, Evelyn. 😊
Hi! Thank you so much for these amazing and empowering videos! I am a design student trying to design a kitchen knife that is specialized for one-handed use, and your videos really helped me see into many aspects that I had not considered before. I was wondering if you would be willing to share any insight on what features you think are the most helpful for a kitchen knife, and if you could have a kitchen knife that would allow you to cut without needing a specialized cutting board, what features would you like it to have? Or is there anything in general that you think could be improved with these current knives? Sorry for all these questions! Thank you so much for your time and for sharing these helpful contents and insights!
Hello. I wonder if it would be more effective if we have a video chat. I have some challenges today in that I have a sinus infection, and my kitchen is in the middle of a remodel, but I am always eager to help a student. I will watch for your reply.
@@onearmuniversity6357 Thank you so much for the quick reply and for being so helpful, I hope you feel better soon! I would love to have a video chat, is there a better way for me to contact you so that we could figure out the details?
can you set up a zoom call and invite me to it? I don't want to give out my personal details here. you can send the invitation to onearmuniversity@gmail.com. shall we say 2PM central?
Hi there! I have an aunt that Can only use one arm and i bought her the second kitchen board that you show in the video. The thing is that she is an old woman and has her "techniques" and she doesn't really know how to adapt her methods to that table so she asked me to find some videos of people using these tools and cutting food for real to see how she can do it. Due to the lack of information that i have found on internet about how to use this tools i only found comercials where they only put a vegetable like a cucumber and cut one or two slices and i would really love to see how would anyone cut a food in the spikes when the end of the food is near. I mean, what is the best way to cut anything when you have reached the spikes zone? And also, how do you use those knifes? Because she is used to normal knifes and i see her strugling sometimes with the strength that sometimes has to use to cut with a normal knife and i think those that you show in the video would make her meal prep easier but also, we dont know how those are supposed to be used. Thanks in advanced for your time and greetings from Spain!! I really love to see some content like these that was really needed!
Marino, thank you for your comments. I see the problems that your aunt is having. We are traveling right now, but as soon as I can, I will film a video addressing those two questions - cutting food when it reaches the spikes zone and using the rocker knife. Thanks again!
Marino, I am designing a new video to answer your questions. While looking for information, I found this video that might help you and your aunt. hope to have something for you soon! ruclips.net/video/dw5QWme8e1w/видео.html
