    Think that you missed a very good pie shop, we thought that the pies we had in orrorroo probably spelt wrong were the best ones that we have had

    Where do you leave your van whilst exploring ? Do you freecamp or stay in a caravanpark. Sorry if that sounds like a Stupid question but We are new to this and i was just curious is all.

    • @happycampersaustralia
      @happycampersaustralia  7 месяцев назад +1

      Never a stupid question. We prefer to free or freedom camp and are comfortable leaving our van just about anywhere. The more you free camp the more it will become second nature to you. Start out only free camping where there are other people to gain your confidence, but you will love it and eventually wonder what you were worried about. We often camp with no one else around. Some of the best locations are free camps. Happy Travels 😃

    Are you sure this the home of akubra. These hats have been made in Kempsey NSW for 100 years.

      @happycampersaustralia  7 месяцев назад

      The “Big Akubra” Is on the RM Williams Way, because of RM Williams. It’s not where they are made. Sorry for the confusion. 😃

    Can I please ask, when you go somewhere like the Flinders Ranges, do you plan all your stays ahead of time or do you just wing it. We are hoping to go to SA next year and it’s doing my head in trying to plan as I don’t know the state at all.

    • @happycampersaustralia
      @happycampersaustralia  7 месяцев назад

      We wing it 99% of the time. The only time we book is if we visit a festival or special event where there will be more people than usual. You wont have trouble in the Flinders, there are so many different camping options. 👍 Have fun!

      We use several different camera types although the majority of the time we film with the iPhone
