LD units like Saki, Lunasha, Aphrodite, Coastal Kanna etc. still perform better in 90% of stages against the million backliners that aliens have.

it depends on what you care most: final product or the improvement pp bazibastra has weaker improvement but better final product all around while spectral cat might be arguably worse unit, you will end up with 2 great units instead of just one

To be honest there’s no reason to get ultra forms the only reason is cuz it’s funny or the uber means a lot for us like me I have baby cat ultra form and I will get bora UF as well because they mean a lot for me and I also have 96 Dark eyes so why not
I have a different view towards UF such as this or windy. Both are nukers and Windy UF is favored over this by most just because the UF itself had a bigger boost (50%, but at the cost of invalidating 20% orb slot, so let's say it's roughly 30%). The cost of UF involves two parts, 15 dark eye investment and material to evolve. And material to evolve is typically considered as free, so really we are talking about the 15 eyes. But the 15 eyes would naturally boost Atk/def by 20% already, which is very helpful for nukers. The form change, whether it's 8% increase or 30% increase, is free and cherry on top. So I'd argue that if one needs a better nuker for Alien, they could consider spending the eyes and getting this UF. It should be the best nuker when invested. With that said, there are too many alien nukers out there.. aphro and mad doc are very unlikely to miss their targets but bora misses a lot. That's my biggest issue with bora. Windy has the same issue. This UF should push bora to the same level as windy, if not slightly higher due to the resist.

Lv50 Uber is generally very strong, especially when they are already top tier units like Bazibastra 1. Ultimate Windy works because she gets Insane DMG and large range boost 2. Baby Cats works because they get piercing Omnistrike and extra Wave level 3. Beartooth works because it gets faster ATK Rate and many small buffs that synergize with his basic Talents 4. Bazibastra doesn't look great in comparison because all he gets just standard stats boost. Mechanically it's same unit as pre-UF
Imo windy is better even they look similar on paper, outside of the DMG upgrade, she niche is bigger due to the large range boost and floating enemy also appears in most other trait.
