Such an insane finish! Rojo Rollers coming in at the last second to steal from plasma. But let’s just all appreciate how plasma survived being eliminated by a spot 3 TIMES?! ER is such a crazy event.
Rojo Uno is a master at comebacks, in the 2019 Qualifiers Underwater Race he was in last at the last turn and then he passed all three of his opponents, this event he avoided elimination at some points and made a huge comeback at the final second to win gold
What a thrilling event! The gold medalists are an older team - they go back many years - while the silver medalists are newer. I think that had a lot to do with the finish: experience allowed the winner to stay calm and find a way through. ML 2023 is turning out to be the best yet! Any team could still win! And with the hosts still doing well, this may be the year when the host curse gets broken once and for all! Thanks Jelle, Dion, Minos, Woodsy, & the whole JMR team!!
This is definitely my favorite event. Unfortunate for me as a CCE fan but as an overall marble league fan this one is so tense and it changes up so much each round!!!

That’s been the name of the Wisps’ game the majority of this league. Fantastic individual runs, but a loss at the wrong time or place, or matched up against one of the massive winners. I was really rooting for a medal this event, but this is solid athleticism that the team is putting out, a joy to watch.
Exactly my thoughts, folks. Since the top teams got eliminated fairly early, a medal would have done heaps for our standing, but still a great showing of Waspy. Mostly top 4 is impressive.
I was surprised Greg did not call out Waspy's run prior to their elimination. That sprint down the bottom edge was astonishing and so fast. For our reserve they did so well and I said to myself once we had gotten to the top 6 that I was happy Waspy got that far. I have hopes for their future in the team; perhaps on the back of this we'll see Waspy come out more often. Frankly, with how much of a coin toss Wuspy's performances are, I wouldn't mind Waspy replacing them.
Man I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, what an intense event! Shoutout momo for a solid finish, way to go capn! Team momo continues to slide up the rankings!
I'm am literally shedding tears right now, that was such an amazing move by Rojo Uno and I'm so proud to see how much they have improved since their last season. This is my favourite Event and to see my #1 team get the gold on it was just amazing. #RojoCaliente Also I have to give credit where it's due, respect to Cosmo for freeing Momo, even if it did cause Cosmo's elimination it was great sportsmanship.
I can’t believe the Rollers sitting in third! I was going to be satisfied with a top half finish in the overall league, but now they are legit contenders for a title! AMAZING!
Oh man come on, Raspberry Racers whose known as the most consistent team in ML now has just got very bad places in the last few events. Idk what happened to them, I hope the coach and the team can get their form back again to secure their second title 💪😢
Yeah, I hope we can make it up in the last few events. The good thing was that some of our main rivals (pinkies, Speeders) did not perform too good also, so it's going to be a close battle for the championship (but we might have to also keep an eye on the Rojo Rollers now). This last round was insane. Gloomo defended 3 times in a single race sccesfully, only for Rojo Uno to change strategy and make a caluclated shoot when Gloomo diiverted their focus at the finishline.
We will never ever forget how Cosmo freed Momo when he was stuck. That's what JMR is all about! Cosmos should get the golden marble for that! Thank you, Team Galactic! #Momostrong 🤝 #Reachforthestars
OMG I can't believe that good sportsmanship from team galactic to team momo!!! Momo got caught and Cosmo pushed Momo back into the action but it cost Galactic their placement!!! We momo fans will never forget that sacrifice

Well, credit to the trainers for preparing these athletes so well. Incredible cardio needed to do so many heats for this event - really different than any of the others.
This is an insane lineup of fantastic athletic marbles. I'm in awe of Rojo Rollers for their performance this event, but still hoping we either have our first host team win or the first consecutive champions in a row.
Go Team Plasma!! Yes, yes, yes, yes! GTPL! Close finish, Gloomo looked like they were setting up for a block they barely mistimed! Great racing, feels good to be back on the podium!

Such an incredible performance by Yellah! Consistently getting through the top of the course as quickly as possible and having a bit of wiggle room on the bottom half. Elimination Race might be my favorite Marble League event--so much drama! #MellowYellow
The production value and commentary are just the best....I love it that marbles can have emotional and physical limitations, like determination and exhaustion! lol What a great channel!
Also, I appreciate that you're waiting a week for the last 3 events because they're gonna be brutal and the athletes are gonna need rest in between all of them. Especially G-Force. Excited to see how that plays out. It's so close this year, even more so than ML 2021 was.

Swifty was at such a good start. It's a shame he was burnt out that fast. Both the Speeders and the Bees have 139 points. We're gonna have to see how both of them do in the G-Force event.
What a finish. Congrats to the worthy winners. The way Rojo Uno shot past Gloomo, was simply impressive. Never give up, right? Now, the wisps end up in top center, ... again. It seems the motto this year is consistency. So many events end up 5th-8th and today Waspy had a very good, consistent event. Yeah, there were two outliers, but otherwise good placements in all his runs. That deserves a shout out in my opinion, since everybody else was all over the place, it seems. And oh boy, 5 different ties in the current standing and still everybody technically has a shot at the crown. This is a very tight season everywhere. Great sports entertainment!

As someone who cheers for Savage Speeders and Rojo Rollers (and Bumblebees this year) . . . . . . This was easily the most fun I've had watching an event. I love that the whole top 6 is still within 20 as well. So much could easily change, those podium seats are totally up for grabs. But man it feels like Rojo has the momentum.

Two observations and maybe a suggestion for future Marble Leagues. This year's standings is crazy. I'm not ruling out any team to win until they're mathematically eliminated, which that might be the next event. The continued drama with Team Galactic is heartbreaking. You never want infighting however with a few events remaining they could focus and pull things off. The suggestion is something called Most Outstanding Marble. Not necessarily the best Marble from the winning team just highlighting the performance from a hardworking Marble. Can't wait to see the finale. Excellent work as always.
Redemption. . . . . . . I am not a Rojo Rollers fan, per se, but I've been pulling for them this ML (outside of my Wisps!) and I'm so glad to see them competing after becoming so downtrodden in recent years. Who DOESN'T love a good redemption arc? 7 YEARS between gold medals, and they only made one Marble League between 2016 and this year, in which they finished dead last. What a rise from the ashes! They could snag it all this year.
What a season it has been so far, no team has surrendered and at least half the grid is still fighting for the top. But also what a disappointment with the berries, getting just one point is not the consistency we wanted, and with three events left we'll need way more to win. Amazing season, amazing finale, amazing video. Thanks JMR
Elimination Race is so tense! Hope every team gives it their all! (Go Pinkies!) Edit; Well we did okay. Not the same amazing run from last year but that's okay. Dropped down to 4th but I think we can bring this back!
The point gape is smaller then i thought and knowing the speeders they are gone fumble at the end like last year we can still have a back to back but we need to look out for the robo rollers that team has a scary among of form
Watching those first 8 rounds, you would not expect the top 2 being those 2 teams, but that is the beauty of this sport, it's not just about speed and strength, it's also about tactics, conserving energy when you can, breaking out your speed only when you need to.

Surely not. 🤔 Either way, it’s sweet to Bee back on top, and congrats to the Rojo Rollers for one of the most buzz-worthy finishes hive ever seen! 🐝🐝🐝🐝
Yellah flew under the radar the whole even I was so gassed for them to get a medal! But Rojo Uno with an insane finish! This is what Marble League is about!!
I saw horse, I guess that makes me a Thunderbolt fan now. ^^ In all seriousness, insanely good event, the final was just a great example of competitive marble racing. 10/10 event (Snowdrift is on fire this season)
Wow! That final round was INSANE! If you watch closley, gloomy triggers the tail, it lands riught in front of him but he sneaks under it as it bounces. I think he though Rojo Uno was going to follow him and get caught by the tail, but rojo uno took the left line and zoomed by. he took that line a couple times in the orunds before. What a close finish! (and even though my ORangers got eliminated earlier than i wanted, at least we still beat the CCEs and the Savage Speeders HAHA!)
Can we just take a moment to appreciate that the event is also being shown on the screen in the stadium? (You can see it when the camera is looking up the course from the finish line)
My team wasn't even in the final lap but I was at the edge of my seat the entire time! Great race by both competitors but that finish by the winner to seal the deal was legendary.
I am in awe over how intense ML is this year. The fact that everyone is still capable of winning it all is amazing. That aside, what a final race between Rojo and Plasma. Although I agree with Greg that I think Gloomo got a little cocky at the end and stopped to showboat a little which is why they lost (notice how they slowed down a little at the end)
Actually the last 4. They finished bottom 4 in Events 10-13. This is the same exact problem that CCE have had every Marble League, and this one is clearly no exception.
Insane how close this is and how many ties we have. Bumblebees and Savage Speeders tied for 1st, Pinkies and O'Rangers tied for 4th, Midnight Wisps and Team Galactic tied for 7th, Snowballs and Crazy Cat's Eyes tied for 10th, and Shining Swarm and Gliding Glaciers tied for 14th.
That's gotta be the most insane finish to any Marble League event ever! Literally had me yelling out loud and it wasn't even my team in the final.

This was easily the most fun I've had watching an event. I love that the whole top 6 is still within 20 as well. So much could easily change, those podium seats are totally up for grabs. But man it feels like Rojo has the momentum.

Two observations and maybe a suggestion for future Marble Leagues.
This year's standings is crazy. I'm not ruling out any team to win until they're mathematically eliminated, which that might be the next event. The continued drama with Team Galactic is heartbreaking. You never want infighting however with a few events remaining they could focus and pull things off.
The suggestion is something called Most Outstanding Marble. Not necessarily the best Marble from the winning team just highlighting the performance from a hardworking Marble. Can't wait to see the finale. Excellent work as always.
They have an MVP marble each year (I think based on highest individual points). So your wish is technically granted ;)
I absolutely love this event, always so close till the end and where else will you get a finish like this.

I am not a Rojo Rollers fan, per se, but I've been pulling for them this ML (outside of my Wisps!) and I'm so glad to see them competing after becoming so downtrodden in recent years. Who DOESN'T love a good redemption arc?
7 YEARS between gold medals, and they only made one Marble League between 2016 and this year, in which they finished dead last. What a rise from the ashes! They could snag it all this year.

What a season it has been so far, no team has surrendered and at least half the grid is still fighting for the top. But also what a disappointment with the berries, getting just one point is not the consistency we wanted, and with three events left we'll need way more to win. Well we did okay. Not the same amazing run from last year but that's okay. Dropped down to 4th but I think we can bring this back!
The point gape is smaller then i thought and knowing the speeders they are gone fumble at the end like last year we can still have a back to back but we need to look out for the robo rollers that team has a scary among of form
Watching those first 8 rounds, you would not expect the top 2 being those 2 teams, but that is the beauty of this sport, it's not just about speed and strength, it's also about tactics, conserving energy when you can, breaking out your speed only when you need to.

I love this event! The tension is thicker than cold honey! It really stung to be ganged up on by those marbles in our last race. Secret hornet separatist agents? Surely not. 🤔

Yellah flew under the radar the whole even I was so gassed for them to get a medal! But Rojo Uno with an insane finish! This is what Marble League is about!!

Wow! That final round was INSANE!
If you watch closley, gloomy triggers the tail, it lands riught in front of him but he sneaks under it as it bounces. I think he though Rojo Uno was going to follow him and get caught by the tail, but rojo uno took the left line and zoomed by. he took that line a couple times in the orunds before. What a close finish!
(and even though my ORangers got eliminated earlier than i wanted, at least we still beat the CCEs and the Savage Speeders HAHA!)
I love how Greg incorporates the bees into his commentary! They really are adorable little guys, even if they do get in the way in the booth :)

Can we just take a moment to appreciate that the event is also being shown on the screen in the stadium? (You can see it when the camera is looking up the course from the finish line)

My team wasn't even in the final lap but I was at the edge of my seat the entire time! Great race by both competitors but that finish by the winner to seal the deal was legendary.

I am in awe over how intense ML is this year. The fact that everyone is still capable of winning it all is amazing.
That aside, what a final race between Rojo and Plasma. Although I agree with Greg that I think Gloomo got a little cocky at the end and stopped to showboat a little which is why they lost (notice how they slowed down a little at the end)
you should make this the final event next year with live score updates after every run

Actually the last 4. They finished bottom 4 in Events 10-13. This is the same exact problem that CCE have had every Marble League, and this one is clearly no exception.
Insane how close this is and how many ties we have. Bumblebees and Savage Speeders tied for 1st, Pinkies and O'Rangers tied for 4th, Midnight Wisps and Team Galactic tied for 7th, Snowballs and Crazy Cat's Eyes tied for 10th, and Shining Swarm and Gliding Glaciers tied for 14th.
Good effort from the Gliding Glaciers. Those ball bearing cannons hurt. And great job to the Snowballs, an amazing effort. #SnowMuchFun
Snowdrift has really been bringing it on this season. The off-season work they put in is really paying off.
