Did you straighten them first? The ends of mine aren't smooth. it's real human hair. My Halo is practically brand new. But the ends are scraggly. :/ i would like to smooth them out.
Your videos are so helpful! I recently got my first Halo Couture and am learning but I did not get the spray or the brush-the salon gave me the halo and the pick-should that have come with those things?
Oh I’m so glad you got a halo! Unfortunately no just the comb comes with the halo! When you purchase through me then I include the brush, hanger and spritz spray and customizing!
Hi! I have never received a spray with my orders (owner of Nolan Vincent Salon Studio). Is it that you add it when you sell it to a client or Halo Couture does that?
great video! i have a halo but the wire feels like it"s rolling back so can i put some type of hair pins (Im blonde) to keep it in place? thanks, Janice
Hey! That could mean a couple of things…the wire could just need to be adjusted and played with to find what best fits you! Another thing to look at would be if you feel that you are pulling down on the halo to feel “secure” that can cause the halo to have more tension than needed and slight back. :)
You can use hairspray on the halos, but they do hold their curl and shape very well, so you might not need to use it all! The more product you add to the halo, the more frequently you will need to wash it! :)
Hi Jess, Thank you for the video! I curled my halo with hot rollers, took them out, let them sit flat for 2 hours, then brushed them and they all fell. Any suggestions?
Do you live in a humid area? I haven’t done the hot rollers in it before? I’ve only used an actual curling iron in it! Unless the halo is over 12 months old then I’d say turn up the heat OR do wet to dry sponge rollers to get that blowout look!
Hi. Do you have any tips for people, such as myself, who only need hair extensions on the front sides of the scalp? I am losing hair there to breakage, but from the ears back, my hair is fine as far as length. The halo doesn’t seem to come around far enough to compensate for the shorter hair in front. Would love some advice.
Hi Kathy Jo! To me, it sounds like the Bang would be a great option for you!! It will give you some extra coverage in the front and front sides of your scalp, here is a video that explains them better :) instagram.com/tv/COvDNydngka/?igshid=v8sqvshp285t

@@JessHallock thanks but I tried both and it still needs some type of hidden clip on both sides vertically
Jess I just ordered my first halo and I was wondering what detangler brush do you recommend?
I would recommend a ventilated detangler brush! Here is a link to my brush line and they are 40% with code MOM40 for Mother’s Day! :) ensemblehair.com
Thank you for this! Do you finish the curls with a hairspray to keep their shape?
You can use hairspray on the halos, but they do hold their curl and shape very well, so you might not need to use it all! The more product you add to the halo, the more frequently you will need to wash it! :)

I have very thin hair I bought my halo from the salon I go to it's a 12 in
Are you supposed to curl the halos before putting them in? Trying to figure out how best to curl my real hair into them. ???
I think it’s easier to curl the halo first, then curl my hair and Then put the halo on and brush them together!
I’ve watched this video a million times, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but I cannot get the curl to start at the top. I give up!
I would like to send you picture of my halo so you can tell me if I did it right ,and I would like to know how to order the halo hair car products
Care I ment
Omg I so can’t curl hair it’s a nightmare
Can we do this on the original halo?
Yes! You can do this on the layered and original Halos! :)
Iam the worst at curling my hair and my extentions lol😢😢😢
