@@AlwaysBored123 scrapping ac compressor are definitely worth the time. I have processed hundreds of them with a plasma cutter and a two pound hammer and machete.
@@johnnydavenport2015 Yeah I actually did a small pile of them not long ago and made out pretty good. The plasma made a horrible mess though blowing oil everywhere. I should have drained them before cutting them open.
Yeah I've come to realize a complete lack of exposition tends to be frustrating for people. If I could do this video over I would break it up here and there to explain what I was doing more. Oh well.
@@AlwaysBored123 I could almost feel your frustration, when your "grabber" pulled out chunks of copper wire, instead of the whole flange. Is it possible for you to post a picture of the grabber, for us to peruse and possibly to improve upon it or devise a new gadget, presuming yours was a home-made item?
Interesting to see the breakdown per water heater/ac unit... thanks for the video!!
Thanks for watching!
Talk to Mike the scavenger 🇬🇧🇬🇧👍👍
Most yards buy compressor whole 👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧
Your videos remind me a lot of Andrew Camarata's videos
I take a lot of inspiration from him.
@@AlwaysBored123 Really enjoying your videos thanks!
Here in Europe you have to catch the gasses in compresses so as to save the planet
You're supposed to do that in the states as well. Fortunately all of these had already been evacuated.
In Soviet Russia. Gas compress you!
Watch the Canadian treasure hunter for the pop off valves
Thanks for the tip I'll have to check him out.

An anvil with a sledge hammer will manage to release the valve head.
Thanks for the tip.
I am hoping to learn something new here, but the breakneck speed of the video made learning difficult.
