When you are in cheap markets, prices are not fixed, you can bargain the prices lower and get a good deal if you are ok with that. If they don't offer the price you expect, you can simply leave and no point of arguing over 80 cents. Probably you have not made it clearer what happened in this video, you bought it first and after sometimes he asked more? then that is wrong. I talk to everyone with dignity, but third world or not I bought the hat I didn't expect to get chased down 30 mins later to pay more, which I did anyways, ive been all over Sri Lanka and india and noone has done that, we agree a price and you pay, not a language barrier the lady spoke very good English and I placed the 1k note in my hand and said 1 thousand ok, she said no problem took the money and said thank you, even asked if I wanted a bag, but thank you for watching my video,
