I love the hell out of them and yes they run really big. I bought a 10 1/2, well they were a gift..and they seriously feel Like 11 1/2. I didn't want to take them back so let's hope they fix them When the next color ways drop in fall.
I like the og 1, I got the tan/navy. That would be dope to get the MJ 2s, I never even saw those in real life
Almost every company back in the day even non - Soletech models insoles with arch support and a silithane, sorbothane, s-one foam, hexalite like heel crashpad (with Osiris and DVS). Kinda good to see these with an arch support insole at least. Let's been honest - it's more about the companies these days cheaping out rather than being expensive, having gone through the all shitty vulc, rips and tears ez, thin ass sole is a feature selling point, no bells and whistles but we'll charge you ever more phases.
Ey, welcome back! Still looking for these in Europe since no store nearby has them, and I've heard a lot about how the sizing is off. I bet these will do well with some aftermarkt insoles.
The Knu-Skool Vr3 is great btw. I bought the Imran Potato pairs, and they're deliciously puffy.
Not sure if I'll get the Muskas, but the Creagers are a Must-Buy for me.

Dude, i loved the Johnson ! I had them a few times 20 years ago. Find these one and got 2 in my size. Man, i am so happy with that. Last year the Koston 1 Remake. About the whole time, these 2 Shoes were the fuckin best shoes ever made ! (for me).

I've been wanting both mj shoes to come back with the original colorways for years. The mj 2 in the navy white that you have are perfect. Love if they did that over I'd gladly drop 150 for a pair, beats 200+ on some Jordan's
The M is now single stitch but the last reissue had double
I was really on this reissue coz the MJ-1 was & is still the best shoe I ever skated, & I ended uo with a pair totally by accident. I was skating sole tech shoes with the air padding back then, but I couldnt get my size & so I had to buy these, & these were even better. Super comfy thruout but with boardfeel, well vented & stylish. The problem withbthese new ones is that as you mentioned its just eva midsole, not PU like the MJs & that means lack of comfort, so I wont be touching these reissues im afraid
Half size down is enough.A full size will make your toes cry on every step.

If they feel anything like the Ellington shoe did then they feel like bricks. Still love them tho.
My only problems: size is waaay big, chalk like material that rubs off on your hands, the glue on the welds was done wrong and already coming apart, the insole just hurts your feet after a bit. Maybe next run will be correct.

I was able to get the navy pair for $40 brand new! Emericas always ran a half size bigger for me in the past but i have the navy pair and it fits TTS. Maybe they fixed it?

@@dvespursfan8922 thats 💯 👌 and you know what? I go on Instagram and I let them know exactly how I feel. I told them to stop purposely puffing up the accel shoes. Jesus christ they look ridiculous. Especially the Tom penny's. That's not what the accel looked like in the 90s. I think they're gonna leave the muska and creagers alone
How do you find out when these shoes come out? I went to go get me a pair and there Al sold out. How do I find out when the next drop is coming?

Seen my buddy wearing these and I had to get a pair! There is still a lot of pairs on Cowtown so go grab em! I usually wear a 9, so I ordered an 8 knowing that they run big. Hopefully they’ll fit good 🤟🏼

@@stylpol4rny sorry for the late reply, size 8 fits really good on my foot I like my skate shoes a little tighter than normal and these fit very nice and don’t squeeze at all!

So wait I know the original had an exposed foam midsole and these don't, but is there no midsole in this at all? It's just like the egg crate style rubber under the insole?
Correct. I half sized down and double up on insoles, running one flat Eva insole and using the stock one. In my opinion this solves the sizing issue plus adds cushion to the shoe if you plan on skating it.
@@nmbers1641 naw with no actual midsole there's a 0% chance I buy the shoe now. That's a trash move and a huge downgrade in the quality of a shoe.
The og1 has the bullet proof upper. So it is the same that’s why they’re 95$
