    Other then a nightmare in logistics moving equipment and such, I do not understand why rockets are not launched as high on earth as possible, closer to space!

    If and when it launches! A copy of 1968 Saturn V using NASA used rocket parts that was due to launch back in 2017 and cost of $7 billion, not $23 billion and counting…! NASA is now in cost cutting mode and left out the main stage painting and left it a rusty orange!
