He is better at preaching the gospel than true believers, because he understands the symbolism in the Bible. He understands the text in a way that the vast majority of typically low IQ preachers don’t. But I see his family as a bunch of grifters with the whole lion Diet nonsense. If it weren’t for the trouble he got into in Canada with the trans stuff, he’d be unknown.

Yeah, I can't stand 50% of what many of the motivational men have to say. Half of what they say may be correct. But the other half of the information or the delivery is polluting the message. With JP it is always clear, thought out and concise with the most carefully chosen words. His absolute integrity to his message shows how valuable the message is. He shows a strength of character to aspire to. And that is the greatest motivator. He doesn't spread a message of self absorption but reflection and improvement.

He's very far from being "the Socrates of our time".
Socrates was mainly concerned with virtue, and how little we all know what it is. The oldest dialogues written by Plato show that - they end in confusion, there's no clear answer to the questions posed. It's just "Well, you don't know what virtue, or knowledge, or piety is - neither do I".
JPB, on the other hand, clearly has all the answers. There doesn't seem to much room for doubt, there.

I’ve often thought of those who’ve had it relatively easy, and how someday, when that whopper of a storm hits, they just may not see it through, because the adversity is simply too much, and they aren’t equipped to navigate rough waters.
Conversely, I have learned to be grateful for the many catastrophes I have endured. Despite the hardships, I honestly would not change a thing. My experiences have made me stronger, more prudent in my decisions, and more proactive in my planning.
