How much difference does the sulphur contents of the water used have? I guess demineralized water is bad, tap water is fine - in some parts of the world, but does the vicinity of Vesuvio have an impact on the Napoleotan pizza and other bread?
Something just came to me. With the importance of hydrogen bonds in the forming gluten structure, has anyone tried giving dough an MRI to possibly capture an image of the forming patterns? How cool would that be!?!! Although, adding gadolinium may pose a problem. 🤢 👀 Still, an un enhanced image may be useful. I may have to fake a back injury and smuggle in a batard.
Arg... you too with that fake voice dub.... I hate it! I need to manually change it every single time because youtube does not have an option to get the original voice and the dub sound so fake it make me sick. Not sure if I can take it... I had to give up a bunch of channels for that reason.
