I got mine today and I cant calibrate it because of the BLTouch error i am getting. All cabeling is set fine but as soon as I go to level and press a corner, it starts driving around and back to the middle of the heatbed and brings the error: "Error:STOP called because of BLTouch error - restart with M999". What can I do? I am total noob and just got the 3D printer. Any help would be appriciated.
I unpluged and pluged all the cabeling and now I dont get the error but the printer head keeps staying in the middle, no matter what I press. So still not working as it should. After switching it off and on again it works as intended. Problem seemed to be solved :)
just bought this yesterday and waiting a few days for it to come in. ive had an ender 3 pro for the last 6 months but really wanted to start printing more flexible filaments. so excited for it to get here!

Hi, I just released the Genius Pro today and I can't get it to work. When I do the first step to make it go to corner "1", it goes to the normal center but then it goes down so low that it hits the bed. what could be the fault or problem? Something I can try, commands from computer or something? Thank you very much!
Want to know about the manual Leveling cogs below the build plate is it clockwise to Raise the plate and counter-clockwise to Lower the build plate or vice versa🙂

guys I have just bought it but i looks like my autolevel sensor doesnt' work...it keeps going down (Z) till it got stuck on the bed making crazy noises. any help?
I rally wanted to get that printer, but some rando in yourcompany decided that it's a brilliant idea to save $0.01 on clips that hold the glass plate and glue it permanently instead. Not too bright, folks, not too bright.
Why do you have to manually level the bed AND auto level it? Seems like extra time and effort for no reason. Why even have the auto-leveling function at all?
Save your money and get a better printer. I have two Artillery Sidewinder X2s and both are now broken. One still under warranty and wont level the build plate at all. Second one that was a decent performer will not power on anymore. Artillery support have been totally USELESS and non responsive.
Lol comunity mods and a clone BLTouch. Please more cloned stufff. and please slap more money onto your printer. Because whit these nice MODS 80Dollors its just the perfect Price for PRO. Buy the original one not the Pro. Its now even cheaper than the pro.

Yes, you are correct. It is CW to raise and CCW to lower.

Hello, friend. Basically, after manual leveling + automatic leveling, frequent adjustments are not required.
