  • In this video, I show a new high speed signal generator/frequency counter I bought from a Chinese seller via Amazon, for the purpose of being able to better test some of the faster vintage frequency counters I have been restoring.
I describe the different versions of this product, show internal and external views of the product, give a functional overview, a brief demonstration and in general give my "review" of the product.

I bought one to do radio alignments. Trig output does not work; trig output signal looks almost random. Do not buy.

    A waste of $256.

MichaelKingsfordGray, your comment is worthless without more explanation. Clearly, this little device works pretty well in the most important areas, and there are several RUclips videos about this device, made by knowledgeable people, who think it is a good value (with some caveats), and have been using it successfully in their labs for a few years. So what is your reasoning?
