No it doesn't, in fact it's more or less the opposite! They sent this song to this year's Benidorm Fest, but it wasn't accepted so they tried again in San Marino. The lyrics are about how part of the rock/metal world doesn't accept them because they're "not heavy enough", so they're just saying they'll keep going one because someone else will like their music. They're super grateful for Benidorm and Eurovision in general.
